On December 30, 2021 I wired $2255.00 to Used Auto Parts LLC at 3201 S. Beltline Rd, Baluch Springs XXXXX for a used engine for a Chevy Travarse. They had a nice website Used Auto Parts LLC. Sometime between 1/3/2022 and today 1/7/2022 the website is no longer active and the Phone numbers I had no longer work. The main number I had was X-XXX-XXX-XXXX and a cell phone for a person David that worked there XXX-XXX-XXXX. I did not receive the engine or money returned. I see the address I have has 3201 S Beltline, Balch Springs, TX XXXXX and the address BBB has is 3201 S. Beltline Rd, Mesquite, TX XXXXX. The same zip code.Initial Complaint

On October 18, 2021 Trusted Auto offered to sell me a 91k Engine for my 2007 ******** for a price of $1,550 which I paid via a cashiers check from my bank *** on October 19, 2021. Mr. M** informed me that the engine would be shipped on October 27th. After numerous attempts to get a tracking number from Mr. M** he finally told me it would be delivered on Nov.8th. No engine was delivered. I called Mr. M** on the 9th and he told that it would be delivered by Coast to Coast Trucking ************** on Nov.11th. When no engine arrived I called back Mr. M** about 4pm on Nov.11,2021. He then told me it would be delivered on the 14th. On the 15th I called back and talked to his supervisor Mr. A*** he told me that it was due to transit problems he said it would arrive the weekend of Nov.17th. No engine arrived. I called back on the 22th no one answered the phone so I left a message on the 22nd, 24th 26th. No one returned my call all week. On the 29th My brother , who resides in Texas, called via a 3 way call and Mr. M** picked up at which time I c**e on the phone and told him I wanted a refund. He told me that they had already sent me a refund on Nov.24th and gave me a tracking number ************) which turned out to be no good. I immediately called him back. He said he would ask Mr. A*** and get back to me. I have tired to call them on both numbers, have left text messages as well as voice messages . I still have gotten no response! I would prefer if this could be handled without going to court . But, I'm more than willing to do so. My vehicle has been sitting as*************** Rochester since Octo
