AVOID at all costs. Price ***** their customers for necessary utilities. Moved in and am paying $100 more for the same services. Was shrugged off and told that's jsut what they charge. ********.

Came out to replace a leaking meter on aqua's side and they went over board digging a huge hole just to replace it. They also dug up the survey markers I had. Not just one but two large survey markers. Didn't notify anyone they were going to shut down the water beforehand, just showed up and started working. Couldn't complain because it was leaking for 3 MONTHS before they finally showed up. At one point I called for a update and they closed the repair ticket without fixing the leak. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!Review from Steve S

These people are dishonest and charge way too much for terrible service. They want local landowners to ***** them right of entry and easements free of charge on private property when there is ample ROW for their utilities, which is where they are nowReview from Peter O

I have used the laboratory a few times now, and they are really nice, knowledgeable, and give results quickly. The only reason I didn't give all 5 stars is because of the lab director. He doesn't make any sense when he tries to answer my questions, almost as if he has no idea what he is talking about. Luckily, there are 2 women that work there who are genuinely nice and are able to answer my questions. They seem to understand better than he does. I have even witnessed the women correcting his mistakes. But overall, this is a great place to take your samples.
