Awful customer service, absolutely awful! Where do I even begin?! Do I start with the fact that they never called me when my vehicle was done , wouldn’t return my calls when all I wanted to know if it was ready, left my lights on the WHOLE time while there, OR the fact that they returned my vehicle to me and left out the fact that they had to jump it before bringing to me. My truck is three years old with under 23k miles on it… it is not an old truck and is very well cared for. However, it clearly wasn’t while in their possession. I had so many issues with Fasulo and even had to buy two new batteries ! Oh yeah, it wasn’t just one, it is a diesel and it was both. Highly discourage using this company. They should be the ones responsible paying for my new batteries and making the situation a little bit better.Business response

We do apologize that you weren’t happy with the services we provided.
Your truck was ready on Sept 29 and you were contacted on that day at the phone numbers you provided to inform you that it was ready and available for pickup. Multiple attempts were made in the days following when we received no communication back. The vehicle was picked up on Oct 6, one full week later, after arrangements had been made to pay your deductible.
I’m not sure why you think we left your lights on the WHOLE time it was here but I’d be happy to share video of your vehicle sitting in our ‘ready lot’ for a week without the lights on.
At the time of delivery, you were made aware that your vehicle needed to be jumped and that it is not uncommon for a four year old battery to require jumping after sitting for a week without being started. The average life-span of a battery is three years; your truck is a 2018 model. Unfortunately, we are not able to warranty parts on vehicles unrelated to repairs we’ve done for normal wear and tear or maintenance issues.
We were a little surprised to see this review because you were so happy with our customer service and repairs when you left. Again, we are so sorry that you weren’t fully satisfied.
