Signed contract with A1 Demo Services on 11/08/2021The amount of money paid to the company is approx. $58,000 of a $65,000 contract.The business has committed to remodel of Living Room, Master Bedroom and Bathroom.The nature of the dispute is that since Jan 2022, A1 Demo Services has failed to complete any aspect of the job leaving our master bedroom and bathroom unusable. Since Jan 2022, they returned a total of 4 times. The last time being in SEPT 2022 to install floors. Since then, they have not returned.I have spoken with **** of A1 Demo multiple times, and i get excuse after excuse and promises that the job will be completed again and again, but they never come. To make matters worse, they have not delivered materials such as 6 windows, doors, hardware, bathroom hardware, etc. that money was provided in our "allowances". They took the money and didn't purchase the items for our project. I also believe that ********************* has left the city and moved to ******, ** as his business page on ******** claims that A1 Demo is now servicing ******. I no longer know his present address.I have included the latest string of text message with **** from SEPT 2022.
