On 12/26/23 I paid this business for a custom shoulder holster with the agreement of a 6-8 week delivery. I tried to contact them at 15 weeks with no response. I tried phoning, texting and emailing several times since with no reply. it has now been33 weeks and I do believe I've been the victim of theft.Initial Complaint

Ordered product back in October and was originally told right around Christmas. Now 8 months later I keep getting excuses as to why product is not finished. I ordered a custom made shoulder holster with JR ******************** on December 29, 2023. When I ordered the holster I payed $778.00 to them. The holster was promised within two months from that date.I have spoken with JR several times on the phone, each time he says next week. However when I call now the call goes to a voicemail, and he has failed to call me back the last three times I have called. I am a patient man, however my patients has run out. I want a refund of the money I paid him. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.Initial Complaint

I ordered and paid for a custom leather shoulder holster from JR ******************** on March 21, 2023. It has been 11 months and I have not received this product. When my order was taken, the woman (*******) indicated that it would be 6 to 8 weeks before shipping which I was comfortable with. Over the past 11 months I have initiated several calls and emails with them, all of which have ended in misinformation or no response at all. Specifically, I spoke with ******* in May to adjust the configuration being ordered, and there was no problem as she indicated that the production process had not started yet. I call and spoke with her again on June 13, ***************************************************************** the fabrication. Called and spoke with ******* again on July 24, 2023 and September 5 at which time she indicated that the product would be completed in just a couple of weeks. I then attempted to reach ******* or anyone at the company on October 11, 2023, October 26, 2023, to no avail. Finally reached ******* on November 13, 2023 and she committed to have the product shipped before Christmas. Since January 2, 2024, I have made numerous call and sent numerous emails with no response at all. I would still like to have the product that I paid for, and have been waiting for 11 months now. It is obvious that they are avoiding me, and it does not appear that they intend to honor the order which was of course paid for back in March 2023. If they truly don't intend on providing the product that they advertise and allegedly produce, then a full refund would be sufficient.Initial Complaint

I ordered and paid ******************** July of 2023 have been calling get no answer been texting no answer e mail no response, at this point I would like to have the holster or my full refund just to close this thing out. I am tired of trying to get an answer from these people.Business response

Ordered and paid for product on October 24, 2022, and at the time unfortunately I failed to do my research on this company. Similar to other complaints, I was told ***** weeks delivery. It is now July 2023, and since February ***************************************************************** 1-2 weeks. Based on other accounts it appears that this type of behavior has been common from this vendor going back to at least 2015. Whatever the reason, there is no excuse for being untruthful about delivery times. I would like either my order to be delivered now, or cancelled with a full refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered a pistol holster and paid in advance for it to be custom made. I placed my order in January 20th 2022 and was told it would be up to 8 weeks for delivery. I have inquired numerous times and was last told that my holster would be ready April 23rd. I called on April 28th and was told J.R. would call me back before the days end. No call was received. The last time i called on the 28th, no one answered the phone, again! This company appears to be committing fraud. I have not received the item. I have tried on several attempts to settle this matter with them, but i keep getting empty promises. I want a full refund immediately.Initial Complaint

I ordered a holster for a 3" ***** and ****** 629 on November 20, 2019 and spent over $400. As of today, March 18, 2022 I still haven't received the holster. I have called and sent written messages to no avail. I have been promised that the holster will soon be ready and that owner will call me, but that hasn't happened.Business response
