I called JR ******************** and spoke with ********. She got my measurements and my husband's measurements for 2 shoulder holsters. This transaction happened 10/15/2021 for the amount of $782.00 (out the door) was my quote from ********. She told me 6-8 weeks for the holster to arrive on my door step. I have called many, many times with leaving messages - no return calls. One time, ******** did answer the phone and said she would get back to me that day on the progress. Well, that was over a month ago.I would like to have the product, but I am ready to get the refund of the product that we still haven't received.I am not happy with this company.Customer response

I ordered a pistol holster and paid in advance for it to be custom made. I place my order in September 2021 and was told it would be up to 8 weeks for delivery. I followed ** in Early December and was told that it should be completed and shipped by the 17. I have not received the item and have tried on several attempts to contact the business and they will not answer the phone, messages and/or emails.Customer response
