      I had a membership with this business and because of their deceitfulness and taking money out of my credit/debit card without my permission ($27.98) I cancelled my account. And than a week after that they tried to take $55.68 off of my Capitol One card without my permission. They sent me a refund check; but unfortunately I am unable to cash it anywhere and have repeatedly tried calling them and sending them emails which they have not once responded. All I want is for them to put the refund back on my credit/debit card ($27.70) and want no further contact with them.

      I signed up for crochet kits to be delivered monthly. They charge my account, but send the wrong kits 4 times. Each time I received an incorrect kit, I contacted them via email and telephone to which they said they would correct the issue. This has, at this time, now happened with 4 kits that they charged me for that are incorrect. They say they will credit my account back, but they have not and continue to charge my account and still continue to send the incorrect kits. I pay $27.19 for each kit that I am subscribed to. They owe me $27.19 x 4 payments. Also, I would appreciate it if they would send me the correct kits to complete the crochet project. I dare not cancel after all the time and effort I have put into making the afghan. There are two kits that they are mixing up and sending me off sequence kits and just the wrong kit. I ordered the striped kit and they send me the block of the month kit. The only block of the month kit I have subscribed to, is the one that all I ordered was the yarn. Each month, they send me one gray colored yarn kit and I follow the instructions on their web site to crochet it. The problem is they are mixing up two kits that are the same color, but different product. Please help me. I have reached out to them approx 10 times and was told I would get refunded my money and they have not done so yet. AND they keep charging me for the wrong kit sent.

      I have purchased from Annie’s catalog crafts previously, but due to the higher cost of shipping I cancelled all subscriptions in December. When going on the website, it shows that I am not a member. These kits were each under $30.00. Surprise to myself this morning I awake to a $607.10 charge to my account with no other backup. I tried calling numerous times and emailing the company to no avail. I filed with ****** which turned out to be a joke. ****** stated that since I had prior transactions with this company, the charge should be legitimate. Even after looking at my transactions showing a $27.00 charge turning into a $607.00 charge. I was then told that I had a written agreement with this company previously so all charges should be good. Please explain what in the world these charges are for and how can you as a company still try to bill me anything when I have cancelled all subscriptions. Why will you not respond?

      On 1/22/22 an unauthorized charge for $842.56 was charged by Annie’s Publishing LLC. There was no explanation as to what the charge was related to and this was clearly not a purchase made by me. I attempted to call their customer service line and was on hold over 2 1/2 hours with no answer. I want an explanation on this fraudulent unauthorized charge and a full refund. I’ve also emailed the company and they are not responding.

      I am a member of a monthly subscription that costs 20$ a month and today January 22nd 2022 I woke up to a charge over $800. I tried contacting the company and they basically told me they weren’t sure what happened and that I would have to contact my bank. Ridiculous, what horrible customer service now I have to cancel this dumb box I’m 6 months into without completing it due to the fear of another $800 charge. Because of this charge I now am unable to pay for other crucial things. 0/100

      There are two issues that I'll be reporting. I signed up to do two of Annie's kits; the Creative Women and the Farmhouse Kit. My first product was of low quality and the transfer didn't transfer to the project appropriately. I chalked it up to "user error" as I was new to vinyl transferring. I received another vinyl transfer project where I had the same issue. The quality of the "rub ons" is just not worth the $27.14. They peeled off when trying to place it on the wood and lifted off immediately after removing the transferring tape. I followed the directions exactly and even attempted to look up additional tips to ensure success. I decided to just cancel the subscription and stick to the Farmhouse kit as I haven't had any real complaints, that is until I checked my bank and saw a transaction for $506.90 instead of the usual $27.14. There should be no reason for an "Accidental" charge of any amount outside of $27.14 to occur. Attempting to reach out to someone at the company results to multiple transfers, disconnected calls, and a two business day waiting period for a compliant issued online.

      I signed up for a subscription to the Farmhouse Kit Club on December 25th. Received my first kit. Everything was fine. Then on January 22nd 2022 my bank account was charged $808.08 by Annie's catalog which wiped out my bank account. I called my bank & filled a fraudulent dispute charge because I never agreed to that amount to be taken out of my account. I also locked & terminated my debit card. I then called Annie's Catalog & spent 45 minutes on hold & was never able to get through to a customer service rep. I cancelled my subscription on that same day. I have emailed Annie's Catalog customer service same day as well to inform them that I want my money back immediately!

      In December, I purchased a monthly “Farmhouse Craft Kit” from Annie’s Publishing. It is around $30/month. First, back in December, they charged me for a “wood slice ornament kit” which I had never ordered. I disputed the claim and they refunded me the money. But now another instance - this morning, I discovered they erroneously charged me $466 for what I don’t know. There is nothing listed in my account history as to what the $466 charge could be for and I certainly did not buy anything for $466 when my agreement was for a monthly farmhouse craft kit. I have requested a refund and disputed the charge with ****** (my payment method). I am still waiting on a response. Any one of these instances would appear fraudulent and especially together, there is something not right going on at Annie’s Publishing and they should not be trusted.
