    This delivery service is a JOKE! They give local restaurants a bad **** I order from *** and I live in town so it wouldnt take long to deliver. The driver took 40 minutes to deliver my order. Food was cold and uneatable. After doing research I couldnt find the consumer app they dont have one and they have no costumer service number. *** is not at fault because the food was ready when the driver showed up for delivery so I cant get a refund from them. I contacted the delivery driver and they refused to answer. I hope this place gets shot down!

    I would give negative 0000 stars to this scam company! We ordered a large order, over $70 with fees and tip! These idiots stole my food! DO NOT USE OR WORK FOR SKIPCART!. My driver said name was **************** In ********* *******. This lady had a California number and when called it said something like "all calls to this number are blocked at this time"...Called whataburger corporate to get a refund.BIG SCAM!

    I ordered from whataburger for delivery. the driver picked up the food and claimed she delivered it but when I checked at my door there was no food so I attempted to call the delivery driver a few times and she kept sending me to voicemail. I left her a message and never received a call back. After a few days of trying to get my money back from whataburger I contacted skipcart or tried to due to the fact they don't even have a phone number for customers to call, I emailed them my complaint but never heard back from them. Really disappointed with skipcart, they only seem to care about the money and don't care if their drivers are stealing or messing up. I do have an account to deliver for them (haven't started yet) but I think I'm going to deactivate.

    There are so many issues with Skipcart employees. They dont know how to work their phones . They dont speak English. They show up with phone not charged . They say order delivered when they didnt so they are stealing and it takes time for me to get support to get me my money back. They dont have enough drivers so it can take hours for a convenience store delivery.

    The driver delivered a partial order. The restaurant tried to notify the driver that the order wasn't complete, however, they walked out, delivered the drinks near the front door, and left. Skipcart customer service is subpar with limited communications.

    Horrible service. I ordered on the 7-11 app and it said a skipcart driver is delivering and the picture was a female. I texted the number my apartment number and didn't get my order no call or text. I had to call them and it was a man saying he threw the order away. This is a scam app service by the sounds of these reviews

    Yes I follow the app all the time. One time I picked up an order and was on my way to the customer. When the bag fell and one of the item had a hole and the liquid was coming out. So I went back to the store and gave the order back to 711. When the app told me to dispose of the order. I no longer work for them, I dont understand why when I follow the app but return the items. Gps send you to the wrong place or someone else call you about an order when you dont have they order. I know how to follow directions and be understanding of people things.

    Downloaded the app giving it a try. Started off doing a couple hours to see how I like it. I quickly noticed that I was not getting any request ok, so Im like let me try it for a fully as a driver. They are offering a one day promo on 1/28/23 for $150 bonus for 25 rides. I logged in at 12:30 ish and logged out at 8:40 ish. I had 4.5(5) orders. Throughout the day it was difficult accepting trips, I couldnt get a hold of a real person via chat ( they dont have phone support ??) gps was messing up missing turns and not recognizing updates street addresses. I live in the *** so parking restrictions result to ****** fines. So on the trip that made me just turn the app of the following events happen. I pick up my order and I get to the customers address. I attempted to reach the customer and skips chat for over 5 mins. Im running out of gas so I just say ok let me cancel this order its raining Im not getting a response from either the customer or **********************. I start the return it starts to direct me to the 7 eleven to return the item. The the app does some weird thing; and then Im in a help chat so Im working my way back to try and get the return screen. I then see an alert to just dispose of the item so Im like bet trash. I then turn my app off because the last 3 trips have been a lot of app issues plus my gas is low. Im on the way home Im getting a call from the last trip and I realized that skip cart doesnt fix your. Number but the customer has access to it. As a female driver this is super unsafe. The customer is rude I hang up and go to the app. I get to the app wow and look who has access to a real person finally, I began to explain the situation to her and ask her why my last trip fee was removed and explained to her my issue. Immedi I was met with a personal response and then with a copy and paste protocol. I will I was at the location etc and the events that occurred. She never once looked at the situation,she simply told me I wasnt getting paid.Scam

    Gave 1 srar because I had no choice. I ordered from 711 and saw that a woman was picking up my order, about 10 min later it changed to no driver assigned yet. Then about 20 min after that showed a man picking it up then he headed my way. When driver parked outside my house I was waiting at the door and he texted me and asked if someone had delivered my order. I said no and he said give me a couple minutes to resolve this issue because some5took your rider. Then the driver went back to 711 and put the manager on the phone and he explained that a woman had picked up my order and then the new driver showed up to get the same order but the first driver stole it. I don't understand how the second driver went to the store and then to my house just to tell me someone stole my order?? What did he get at the store to bring me then? Then skipcart has no customer service phone only driver support. How is it possible that this company is allowed to do business without a customer support line??
