  The management staff at The Element apartments at University Park here at *****-*************** is great. Now corporate on the other hand are out to get you for ****************. Like a miss understanding and will charge you up to $3,300 cause it all adds up if you don't read the fine print. We gave a 30 day notice for our now college graduate and her roommate, as oppose to a 60 day thinking their lease was up in Dec and not in January. We agreed to pay for the last month rent, but would not take it unless we paid $4,888. Which also includes cleaning fees. Which of course the apartment was left spotless.

  I lived there for 2 years until new management came in, increased my rent 300 plus dollars. I moved out June 2023, then they sent me move out fees. Carpet cleaning, which I know they ripped up the carpet to put down regular flooring for the new renovations they are doing within the ***************** the apartment was another fee, which I have video of the apartment being cleaned but again they are doing renovations which it will be dirty again. They also charged me twice for water and trash, which I paid already for the month of June but they were charging me for the month of July and I moved out already. They have been giving me the run around for almost a month... about the time it will be to send the non payment to collections. I have called, went to the office which no since moving out there is no manager available... never, sent personal email to the manager and still no reply. I have a few days left before the 30 days is up and I don't want this on my credit report. I highly suggest not living there. They also were supposed to replace a tub bc it needed resurfacing from when I initially moved in. Old management never replaced it. So they came, ordered a new tub, in my apartment for a few days only to keep the old one and just resurface it instead of putting the new one in. Noticed it when I went to clean it before using it. Before moving out I actually enjoyed living there besides my upstairs neighbors making alot of noise, but I would never go back and suggest no one moving there because they will charge you fees basically for their renovations.

  BEWARE> I would strongly advise renting from this new management team that took over in late 2022. They are punitive on charges and fees charged at move out. They will try to charge you for items that are not done, incorrect or in error. I would never rent an apartment from them again.
