  They are terrible. I had mold due to a water heater leak. During the reconstruction of my home, it was discovered that two walls which surround the washer/dryer area were constructed BETWEEN floor joists. The weight of the roof is pushing these walls down. When I asked Champion about this, they said there was nothing they could do as everything was signed off on the home when it was made that everything is done correctly. Apparently they do not give a c*** about defects. I am left with having to pay to repair this on my own. Now I know why they received 1.05 stars. Time to contact a lawyer. This should not be able to happen.

  If I could leave 0 stars I would. Champion Homes Skyline. *************, ******. ******* ****** General Manager. Beware of these charlatans!! Terrible customer service. They stole $1000 deposit from me. ******* is a complete idiot and has no idea what he is doing. Avoid at ALL costs.

  They dont deserve 1 star. Stay away from champion homes. Ours has been nothing but a headache. From roof issues to electrical. If it can fall apart it has. And this house was purchased new in 2020. Champion refuses to answer emails now and these issues started months after initially moving in. Water leaks inside the walls in bathrooms during pre move in inspection. Every few months once I demand answers theyll tell me the person I was previously dealing with is no longer employed by champion homes. Im currently on my fourth person of contact. 22 year note on a house that wont last 10.

  I wouldnt even give them a 1 Star more like a -10 Star! First off **** their sales manager is a total liar and a joke!! All they want is your money and then youre screwed!! Its been over a year and we still have not been able to move into our house! I dont know how they sleep at night knowing they just live to s**** people over! What was supposed to be a quick selling process that should only take 6-8 weeks has been over 12 months of nothing but lies and deception!! All of them are awful to work withDont put yourself in that nightmare!!

  This house is a perpetual source of problems. Its the worst manufactured home *** ever owned. The quality is poor, and the customer support in our area is non-existent. Its only a year old and has already had numerous issues.I wouldnt recommend buying a home manufactured by Champion.Rating: 0/10

  One star is too many, nothing good with this company. In August 2022 we purcased this home, way to much money spent on something that is constantly falling apart. When the home was placed on our land, it took 3 months(supposed to be 7 days) and they still didn't finish fixing everything because the "contractor" never showed up. Then the one who showed up to complete the process didn't do much. They have no customer service. They do not follow through. They put "bandaids" on till it is out of warranty. the bathroom plugs do not work. Exterior doors are not lined up/wall is slanted. Their contractor said they would have to get it approved(and couldnt) and they would have to take off the whole front of the home to rebuild the wall. Same contractor cut the entire underbelly to fix GFCI in the bathrooms and it worked for a week then not again but now out of warranty so they won't fix their lack of quality. Biggest issue we are still facing 2 years later. The shingles were never placed correctly, they blow off, after the recent rain we are finding mold in one room, where it is leaking into the wall so you can't see the water damage from either side. Plus 2 others. They came out 3 times to "fix" meaning bandaid it till they could say it isn't covered. The extended warranty coverage on the home advisor said it isn't a warranty issue it is a poorly manufactured problem. Flooring has nail heads sticking up that make a hole through linoleum, carpet is terrible, trim falls off, exterior doors not sealed, interior doors not hung straight, Champion just sends a generic response that they have to decline fixing their poor workmanship. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT purchase anything from Champion or a dealer of theirs. The time and money spent fixing their poor service and lack of quality would be better spent somewhere else. I wish someone had warned us.

  We bought this Champion single wide that was already in the park in *******************. (Which is another horror story). I can't believe that something that cost so much had and still has so much wrong with it. We had many problems with the front door, which still doesn't fit right. We had an electrical line that wasn't hooked up. The kitchen sink looks like it cam out of a camper. The cabinets get spots on them that you can't remove. The air conditioning and heat do not do their job and the furnace is so loud we had to buy headphones to hear the tv.This is the most cheaply made thing and such shoddy workmanship I have ever seen. Nothing but a glorified camper. This has very disappointing. Also, the stand alone shower was leaking water and is very cheaply made. This whole place looks like it was made by people with their eyes closed.

  Please do not buy. Beware, water leaks from pex that was extremely poorly installed, flooring creaks and has waves. Ducting very poorly done, faucets fall apart.Things look ok but quickly fall apart. If you want a nightmare of a house then please go ahead and buy it but you are way better off going any other direction.

  I bought a champion home in September of 2023. I wish I had seen these reviews before. These homes are made so poorly. They aren't worth it even if you buy it cheap. The first thing I noticed my home didn't stay cold during the summer. We had to buy window units. I had A/c tech come out and they said the ac was working perfectly fine and they didn't still changed the coils incase. STILL NO COLD HOME!!!! There is no insulation in the interior walls. My front door leaked when it rained and all 3 hinges are extremely rusted. The strips that seal the sheetrock came undone from the walls. The shower wall wasn't put in properly and water could get in. My shower head fell right out the wall due to moisture and I realized they didn't use cement board it's sheet rock. The kitchen cabinets get stained very easily and looks like you sprayed cooking oil on them. And the list goes on. I do not recommend you buy a champion home they are crappy and not worth it. They deserve 0 Starz. I am very very disappointed.
