RUN AWAY! This place is a nightmare! They refused to fix my things under the warranty for a brand new house. It made our first time buying a house miserable! I have tried and tried again to contact them without any luck. If I could go back in time and change everything, I would in a heart beat. I wish I had someone who couldve helped me through this process. It was the most stressful thing Ive ever experienced. Do. Not. Go. With. This. Company.

bought this home from champion in April of 2020, from the very beginning we were having problems. the doors on the closets and bathrooms were not staying open, they to this day 4 years later they still swing open. the 12 foot wide dormer on the front of our house and skylight has been leaking for four years, they finally after three trips and me getting a roofer involved we got the skylight to not leak but the dormer is still leaking. we now have water stains on the ceiling with in our entranceway. looking at it with a thermal camera, it shows moisture in the ceiling.we now have a claim into our homeowners insurance which will most likely pay to have the issues fixed, however we have a deductible to pay them of $500.00. all the trim on the house needs to be caulked because it wasn't from the factory PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

do not buy one of these houses. they look really nice from far away but if you zoom in to the details, they are very poorly constructed. my house was delivered with broken toilet flanges, big huge gashes in the siding, paint overspray all over the floor and cabinets, and worst of all the roof leaks at all my vents. I've tried to contact them about getting it repaired but they clearly are not going to do anything for me. the lady on the phone even told me, "it's your problem now". I wish I would have looked at some reviews before purchasing. I've lived there 15 months now and already have tile falling off the walls in the showers, cabinet doors just falling off due to such poor quality hinges, and many other issues. far too many to fit in this review. I wish I could give them zero stars because they don't even deserve 1. terrible customer service and poor construction and very cheap materials. I strongly urge you not to buy a champion manufactured home.

The Champions ****** location has been horrible to deal with in trying to get a contractor to come out and address issues for my brand new home less than a month old. All they basically can tell me is they will get to me when they can. I have interior doors that don't close properly, very poor work done for the crown molding, really cheap shower heads they used that don't allow for great water pressure. They delivered by home two weeks behind schedule and I had to find an alternative living situation while I waited for them to finish. When I first moved in I could even get the front door to open after locking it due to the door handle not working and locked myself out of my home. Thank goodness I left the back door unlocked or shall I say it wouldn't look due to the didn't put the deadbolt lock in correctly. I have left behind glue on my countertops and desk, I can't get off. They have the dishwasher installed at an angle instead of flesh with the sink. All they can tell me we will get to you when we can.

I so wish I had found this site before purchasing- take heed people... nothing we were told in purchase was stood by- and we are now 4 months after delivery- and I have YET to have a simple call back on warranty work. still have blue tape marking no trim, bent doors- worst issue was we agreed on the "energy star package" which included the *** wrap- we found it does not have it- and still no call back... very disappointed in the after sale customer service- again- take heed to the complaints.

This company does not care about your well being, family for the quality of their product. We have been. In a lawsuit for 2 years. Nit able to live in our house due to it not being habitable. Manufacturing defects created a toxic mold environment. The company would rather fight in court and drain your money away instead of standing behind their product and give you a guarantee that the house is safe to live in. I would not and will not recommend Champion/Titan homes to anyone.

This is the absolute worst experience we have ever had. **** make promises just to get the all mighty dollar! Its very apparent that your selling strategies arent in the best interest of your clients. Instead of doing the right thing, this company does whats benefits you & to heck with your customers. Buyers beware of doing business with **************************** mobile homes in ******. Please check ***************** Plus all the lawsuits against the company are in Google.DOING THE ****** THING IS NEVER WRONG.!

U guys **** all of your homes are cheap built and are all trash do not buy champion homes

We have lived in our home for six years now. I do love our little place, Im very fond of it but there are things that are showing up now and, in fact did right away, that make it clear how slap dash it was constructed. Almost immediately the windows started s******* up. Almost impossible to lift or the mechanism broke right away and now wont stay up without something to prop it open. Today, as an example, we had a big wind storm, with rain. The wind somehow worked its way into the bathroom, from underneath, we did have two foundation vents open, however, it then puffed up the vinyl, on the bathroom floor. Extraordinary! Why? Because it was only glued down on the edges! Thank goodness that, at least, had been done! Then the rain, from the storm blew against the living room windows and kitchen windows and poured into the house! All the windows in this place are shocking. We had a lot of problems when we moved in and did our best to get the manufactures to help us, even going through the ************************ to get satisfaction so, complaining about any of this other stuff is fruitless. There are many other things that should be corrected but there is not enough room to explain it here. I just want to say - really think carefully about getting a manufactured home. It might be better to have a one built from scratch. As I say, we love our home most importantly for having it where we live but if we had it to do again? Probably not. This is just a cautionary tale. Thanks for listening ********
