The date 08/31/22..I paid $2,288.55. The business said I had to do a diagnostic for them to find the problem. I agreed & then they (2 men that are in charge there) said if I pay for these things, my truck would be fixed. The nature of the dispute is they did not uphold their part of the agreement. My truck is not fixed. Business is not fixing the problem. Not only did they not fix what they said they would fix to make my truck better, they also wanted me to pay $450.00 more than what they quoted me. I argued w/ the person in charge of quoting, he said all he could do is take off $100. They are liars too. 1 day they told me they could not find the part, then said the dealership said it was discontinued & that they would have to find a used part. Next day said part came in & that its not used, but brand new & came from dealer. They also assured me they would have my truck fixed the same day, but that didn't happen either. They had my truck 2 business days, & it's still not fixed as I was promised. It is their invoice2544 dated 08/31/22. I don't mind paying the portions of the services that were performed & do seem to be resolved, but it's the other performed services that I paid for that did not fix my vehicle as promised is what I am disputing and not wanting to pay for. If I can get that portion of my money back, I can go somewhere else & truly get my truck fixed. The portion of the $ 2, 288.55 paid bill that I am disputing is $394strut, $394strut & $390 labor for the work done on the parts that did not fix my truck as they said it would= $ 1, 178. After I paid, the guy told me my truck is still not fixed as it is now something else that is making all of the sound, tie rods. Why did I have them do a diagnostic, them tell me it was my struts and bushings that were the problem? I just wish they would have not mislead me or falsely promised me something. Please let me know if there is anything you can do for me as well as to make sure no others get done wrong.

    Business Response

    Date: 03/06/2023

Business Response /* (1000, 19, 2022/11/19) */ The diagnosis was completed and there were many issues with the truck. The manager spoke with the customer and explained everything that was wrong up front. Then the part that was needed was discontinued at the dealerships, so we were not able to get it right away. The parts manager found the parts needed through another online dealer, so we were able to get it afterall. The work we talked about was completed, and customer signed invoice acknowledging all work needed and price. The customer never called or mentioned an issue. Consumer Response /* (3000, 21, 2022/11/22) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) No, I do not accept the business' nearly 3 month delayed response. That brings me back to their lack of service. Like I said, they are liars. I absolutely followed up with them and they said no. They wanted more money from me to fix something they did not fix to begin with, but had charged me for. If they want to truly assist me now and pay me for the money I had to spend to get my truck truly fixed elsewhere, I would appreciate that, thank you. If not, I appreciate your time and help BBB. Consumers, if you truly want your vehicle honestly and fully repaired, contact 1st Integrity Automotive on Keller Springs Rd. in Carrollton, Tx. and speak with Albis or Shah. They are fantastic and care about their clients. They are loyal to you so their clients stay loyal to them with referals and repeat business unlike the Trinity Mills location of Kwik Kar, automotive crooks.
