    We too have had a problem with the new Owners/Manager and workers. My wife recently had her oil changed and the oil drain plug was negligently not tightened or torqued. the drain plug backed itself out and drained all the oil out and the engine seized in a matter of minutes. We are trying to work with their insurance company but they are not responding and are very slow. We decided to get our own insurance involved and we at least have a rental car now for my wife to use. We have the vehicle at the dealership and we are waiting on estimates. Be careful with this location. We never had any issues like this in the past. It is obvious now that the staff is different. Please be aware of this. We will not be using this Kwik Kar location ever again.

    BEWARE NEW OWNERSHIP-Mark and Diane customers don't expect the same family environment. Front desk lady is a sweetheart. Aside from that, the new "Manager" is a dishonest, rude, small man. Company and family all have used this location for 20+ years and will never go back. Backing up for an oil change the technician dragged my car against a Mercedes and quickly whipped both cars into the building. I called and asked what they were going to do about it, they acted like they didn't know. The techs decided to say nothing and try to hide it. Went right back up and the "small manager" wanted to talk outside and not inform the other customer. Said they would fix my car if I had evidence...They oddly are not using Marks cameras. More sad for the new owners that they have dishonest techs working for them. Good Luck with that. They have just lost a lotttt of business on their neighborly block. Thankfully, I have the funds to clean up the small damage myself, but if this is not you-I would advise going elsewhere. Manager has my phone number if he wants to make things right. From the response of the rest of the customers in the waiting room, this was their last visit as well. Hopefully, they don't completely destroy the legacy of amazing customers Mark and Diane built.
