They are trying to get me to pay for a debt that is not even mine. They can't even provide me with an "account number" but yet they want me to pay. SCAM!!!!

I was recently offered ****** rapid rewards points upon approval of the Southwest Rapid Rewards credit card through Chase. I applied and was approved. I spent the $1,000 needed to qualify for the offer and I just called to confirm that my ****** would be applied to my account. The representative informed me that my program was ****** points when $500 was spent. The is not what I was offered. The offer that I applied and was approved for appears to have been a false advertisement. I am extremely frustrated and demand that the offer that was very clearly advertised to me be honored.

Received an letter via US mail on 03/19 , on behalf of ******** for $110. I had paid the bill on 03/05. I immediately called Southwest. Their agent verified I was in their system, TMobile had sent my file to them on 03/07. He further verified that the account now showed $0, and was "closed" and had been "sent back to tmobile". I asked him to send a follow up letter and/or email acknowledging that we spoke , and that the debt had been settled PRIOR to the date they sent out collection notice. They refused stating "we no longer have the file", and said I would have to contact TMobile customer service. They absolutely REFUSE to provide any documentation that a debt is settled.

These scams are ridiculous, most things on your credit get bought and sold to many different collection companies and years later it shows back up on your credit because it got bought from another creditor. They throw it back on there because for them its new money you owe them not the original company charged off amount. We will forever look like we owe money on our credit when we dont. The American dream is now gone and were just watched it go away!

My husband just received what looks like a professional letter in the mail from South West Credit System LP in regards of a ******** Credit that hes owing almost $4,000. He has never had ******** or other companies combined with ********. He called this South West Credit system LP number listed on this form. As I looked up this place on the BBB website, I see all these complaints. He explained to them the BBB even listed them as a scam. This fraudulent company said they never heard of the BBB. How do you have a legit company that has never heard of the BBB. Especially if youre living in *****************. He called ********* no information was found in regards of the $4,000 bill. Please be careful and do not give any information to them, not even if they ask for your information or to verify personal information. We are contacting the fraud department as we speak.

Scam - Sent me a bill attempting to collect unpaid toll charges. I verified with NTTA that i do not owe any past due tolls and have a positive balance on my toll tag. Verified that this tag covers me in all places that i have visited. Attempted to contact Southwest Credit to ask for proof of debt and they had an address not current nor even the one on the letter, they then wanted me to provide additional information about my car and myself and ended the call when i refused to provide more info then what they already had on their letter.

These people are thugs, I am getting in touch with my Congresswoman, involving the Senate on this unscrupulous scam of a company. I will leave no stones unturned. ***************************

This business is some scam they associate wa previous service I had. Saying I did not return as receiver from cable to the cable company. So loaded everything that was left returned it and they said it was perfect! I asked for proof that **** if off equipment returned in working order. They say that they dont have anything like that but dont worry its corrected. I then look SEVERAL years later at my expeidian credit repot (just for fun!) and there is a balance of $472 back on my info. This is way past the 7 years **** and should automatically be erased of my credit much less the fact I corrected this YEARS ago. Please do something w this company its obviously is scamming money from all the complaints you already have and bullying, intimidation techniques, on top of being rude and disrespectful to people who call trying to correct this situation or even finding out who they say is owed.
