My name is ************************************ I had a wicked, gaslighting experience with All my sons on November 4 2023 That was the second time I utilized their services I was expecting the same experience I previously had. But alas was I wrong. All our family's art were broken or stolen. The screws for the **** were lost To make mattets worse, the three wicked crew members stole sll my older son's set of about 15 suits and ties and several of our belongings. Our dining set and so many chairs were mishandled and broken. We have personally lost my king and queen **** anf mattresses and several of our cherished possessions to this ruinous movers. This company broke several beautiful pieces and damaged two pieces of furniture. I sent a message to All My Sons, and was told we would receive the claim forms in the mail. We did not receive any! My husband also contacted our representative and he never returned our call.Review from Kelly R

WORST experience EVER! Not only did they break family heirlooms and lose a bunch of stuff, but they littered at my old place and my new place - mostly empty waters bottles and empty tape cartridges. PLUS! The absolute worst! I told them when we left my old place that I had nothing there to drink or eat - so, please take care of anything you need BEFORE you come to the new place. One guy, from the moment he arrived immediately complained passive aggressively about how he "needed water" and if he could "only get some water" and how he couldn't afford to buy himself water because "some lady from their last job to Alabama stiffed me." Not only did he complain for the WHOLE time unloading to my new place - he also made it SUPER clear that he had bulging discs and how he was in a car accident a year ago and how much pain he was in .. then, perceived to grunt and try to guilt me into not make him take my items where I wanted them delivered. THE WHOLE time he complained about his back and his lack of water. I called to ask the company if I was supposed to provide water and was told no. The claims department is only allowed to offer $0.60 per pound per item of the damages. ****, my family heirlooms which are worth thousands and can not be replaced - they only offered $0.60 per pound, DO NOT HIRE THEM! One of their employees broke a window in my house when they delivered my furniture and did not tell me. I discovered it later. When I called my local office I was directed to TX office. They would only offer to pay for a piece of glass that ********** said would cost $100.00. I spoke to several glass people and quotes were coming in at $500.00 +. They would have to come to the house remove the window from the frame and replace. Something the average homeowner can not do.They upped the amount to $125.00. In addition to this I had damage done to other pieces of furniture. I had taken minimal insurance out on that. Manager at local branch was respectful and understanding but could not help.Review from Gloria W

We hired All My Sons 5 weeks ahead of our move in the ********** area and they confirmed. The day of our move at 3:30 in the afternoon they canceled on us. Said their other moves were taking longer than expected and they would not be able to get to us for another 3 days! So basically, they over booked, and we paid the price for it! Totally unreliable and would never hire this company again! Since this happened to us, I have heard horror stories from other people that have used them and how they damaged their property during the move, they ask for money when they get to the final destination, etc. Please don't use this company if you value your belongings and don't want to be left high and dry!Review from Natasha L

The worst moving company I have ever talked with. I called over a month before my move, explained to them I had a specific time window for my freight elevator and that I needed movers to be there at 8 am. I spoke to Destiny and she told me usually movers don't go there early but she put me on hold so she can speak to her manager. She then came back and told me they were able to do it and even put it as a note on my file. I reiterated that I already had another mover that could do that that time and asked her if she was sure the company could accommodate that time. She said yes which is why I did not hire another mover because I trusted the company they were going to be able to accommodate my time. I called them way in advance to ensure I don't run into any issues. Fast forward to a few days before my move the manager Jeremaine in charge of the movers and scheduling- said he had no idea about what Destiny told me and that the movers can't get there early. I had to cancel and they ****** me over due to poor internal communication. I was happy to proceed with another mover but they insisted I stayed with them. They knew my situation and they DID NOT CARE at all. This is unacceptable. DO NOT HIRE THESE MOVERS! They are dishonest.Review from Dayna C

All of my sons came to my home to move my furniture. Stood in my apartment for 30 minutes looked in my sons room, told us that they were going back to the truck to get some more supplies then come back. They didnt, they sped off without any explanation. I got a call stating I had a ***** infestation which is I try and unfounded. The man on the phone told them they if I had an infestation that they should have taken pictures as proof. Which they didnt. Me and my father are disabled and can only do so much. They also stated that none of my stuff was move ready. It was. If you want to get royally screwed then have fun with them. They are the least reliable company I have ever worked with and I promise that if you do youll 100% regret it. The only saving ***** was the man who dispatched them. He was very sweet and genuinely upset. Thanks for nothing assholes!Review from Liz F

This company is the absolute worst. First when setting up everything they had my email in correct do i didn't receive any documents before my move. Then when i went to pay was overcharged by almost $500 but had to pay it first before they would release my items. Then as they began to unload noticed many of my items were damaged. So i submitted a claim. Then noticed after I got back from vacation Im missing several items of clothes and contacted them again (to my original claim) only to be placed on hold, hung up on and told I couldnt add another claim which I was not doing. Per their own verbiage says clams must be filed with the state regulated time frame of 90 days. Which I am in. They only offered my $900 for $2500 worth of damages and $500-$600 of missing items. This company is a joke. Do not use them. They dont care about you or your things only the money they get.Review from Meghan W

I wish someone had written one before I chose to work with All My Sons (AMS). Our family experienced a flood in our home due to a faulty pipe that caused extensive damage to our home. We were required to move out in order to have our floors refinished and repaired. We hired AMS in **********, ** to assist us with moving the entire 1st floor of our home, including all furniture, stove/oven, an heirloom piano, and refrigerator out of our home. Our move-out team consisted of 3 men, who moved us out quickly, but in the process damaged our fridge and front door. Upon moving back in, I booked another 3 man team, however, only 2 men arrived and one said he was over 60 years old, and had back problems. They moved our furniture back in slowly and made note of obvious damage the previous team caused to our belongings. It only got worse as they brought in our stove/oven, which while placing, they scratched our newly refinished floors. Then we noticed that there was another large dent and scratches where they had placed and moved our fridge. I had not been in my home an hour before the brand new floors were damaged in multiple places. They also scratched and dented an upright heirloom piano. The movers admitted to the mistakes, sent me the appropriate paperwork to file for the $4000 in damages they caused, which I returned with multiple quotes for repair. Then AMS without further communication emailed a DocuSign document offering me a settlement of $600 with a non disclosure agreement that I couldn't say anything negative about the company. It is completely unacceptable that AMS caused $4K worth of damages to our property, including the new floors, in which they clearly admitted to causing the damage but will not cover their mistakes. I hope that nobody has the headache of what our family has been through the last 7 months. The *** they tried to have us sign showed that this is an unethical and untrustworthy company. I would not recommend this moving company. My appointment was canceled the morning of the scheduled day causing to take another day off and rescheduled all the other related appointments. The other company they referred us to (Flash Moving) took our job the same day but they also canceled at 4pm at the last hour of scheduled arrival time.
