      I was liking the bike i ordered and received, the day of April 19th, 2025 my brakes had failed, causing me to hit a car in the exact wording of the email they sent me is sounded childish by them stating that they are not going to help me and that I should take ebike lessons to not crash into another car and proceeded to email a link to ******* that was very highly unprofessional, I do admit that I was in the wrong for my poor choice of words at first but when they sent me a highly unprofessional link to *******, it set me off, I paid almost $750 for the bike and they refuse to take responsibility, now when I try to call them I'm blocked and I try to email they refuse, I spent my entire tax returns on it only to have it go down the drain into a major loss, and because of their actions I would love to have someone help me on this

      I had to send my bike back for replacement as it was not working properly so I had to pay 200$ and the replacement bike I received also had an issue where the pearls are not fitting in the holes provided I talked with customer. Support they say I have to pay another 200 $ to send the bike which I received the same day.

      Purchased a scooted it stoped working after 3 months . Their response was ship it back and we will send you a new one. Sounds great but the shipping is more than price of the scooter. This company is a bunch of criminals.

      I've purchased 4 electric scootes from Gotrax and while the scooters are great, the customer service is HORRIBLE!! They will not return emails. They don't pick up the phone. They don't return emails. I'm actually not sure if anyone works there or ****** 4th scooter (and by far the most expensive), broke after a couple uses. Now I have no where to turn.

      STEER CLEAR! Awful experience and I will not purchase any product from this company ever again. **************** is horrible and does not help with any sort of warranty repair or replacement. Purchased a gocart, my son used it one time and second time it would not work. Absolutely ridiculous. I contacted costumer service, provided all requested documentation (proof of purchase, model, label and video) and all they offered was $20 off another product..... It was literally a joke. They do not care about customer satisfaction and neither do they back their products. They know their products are defective and short lived. Save yourself the time, money and frustration. Buy elsewhere.

      I would leave 0 stars. We purchased go kart and within months it stopped working. We are still within our warranty and they are denying we are despite proof of purchase date and proof of their warranty policy. I have had to reach out multiple times to get a response with each correspondence. I have provided them with all the necessary documents and videos. When they do finally respond to their emails are short and ****. Do not buy from them!

      Worst customer service experience I've had in a long time. They don't provide their names, are not polite and quite frankly have awful policies and products that don't last.They want to charge 50% of the products price as a 'discounted' rate to return the item.

      Ordered 12/12 for a Christmas present, scooter arrived in January so first strike. Then my son rides it once and it snows so he doesn't ride it again for two weeks. We leave it in the dining room not plugged in. Snow melts and he goes to ride it again but it won't stay on. So I call customer service in February and now it's almost April and I've gotten no resolution. First they asked for a description with video so I sent that, than called again a week later and sent them the same info again. Then I call a week later again and they just have to escalate it with the warranty guy so they do that and then another week passes and still nothing so I call again and this time they need to confirm my address so I send all of that information. Then another two weeks passes and NOTHING. I call again and they can't do anything but escalate it with the warranty guy and they've already done that like 4x now so I ask to talk to their manager and apparently they don't have a manager they takes phone calls so there's another red flag. Then the warranty guy doesn't take phone calls either. I guess no one takes phone calls bc they produce terrible products.

      I purchased a *************************** Scooter on February 22nd. When it arrived I attempted to charged the battery which did not work. I then noticed several scratches and it definitely looked used. How is that possible? Was I given a used e-scooter? I didnt pay for a used e-scooter. I called customer service which is absolutely no help and completely pointless. The person was rude and had a bad attitude.They told me to write support. Well What are you there for? After writing support I then had to wait for warranty to order and send me a new battery which took a week. I finally received a new battery and guess what? That one didnt work and looked worst than the battery that came with the scooter. I called customer to ask for a supervisor and I was told that they dont speak to customers. Huh? What kind of company is this? The agent attitude was just as bad as the other person I spoke to. She just told me to write warranty back using the same email thread from the original battery complaint. I spent over $900 on this e-scooter that I have yet to use because this company obviously uses reused batteries that dont work. How and why did I receive two batteries that look terrible and dont work??? This company seems to doing fraudulent business and can care less about your purchase or making the situation right. I wrote BBB and I will be posting on all of my sites to encourage others to spend their money elsewhere when searching for a e-scooter.

      DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMAPANY. I bought 2 F2 Electric Bikes. I placed a the order and after about 10 days I had not recieved any notification that they had been sent due to an error on my part on shiiping address, The bikes were sent and recieved them about 4 or 5 days later. I put both of them together and one of them worked but the other one didn't. I contacted GOTRAX was asked to send a emai explaining the issue, take a video. They sent a new battery and I installed it and it did not correct the problem. I sent emails to have the issue corrected with no response. I called and was able to speak with someone and told them my issue and told them that I wanted to return the bikes because I was disgusted with this ordeal. They told me yhat I could not return the bike because it was over the 14 day return policy. ( i did not receive the bikes until after 14 days) . The agent stated that she would put this on top of the priority list and have the slaes agent contact me, after 5 days I have still not heard anything back from them.A friend of mine had one and we liked it. so we thought it was a good deal, I wished that I looked at the BBB complaints. I WOULD DEFENTLY NOT HAVE BOUGHT THEM and will probably be one that will not get resolved.
