  Unfortunately i work for this company at the ********* location for about a month and it was terrible both ethicallly and morally. They hire nothing but undocumented people who they clearly take advantage of by writing hot checks to them to only fire when they dont want to pay. The day before my last they fired 19 people so they wanted to throw in a bigger work load for me and their current employees for same pay. While others are heading home and chit chatting at the shop. Funny how the service manager and boss are well aware of who what when and where the employees are but can't even give them valid checks. Salesmen and paid for ****** ads may do a good job selling and convincing their customers about the work they do or know but it's nothing compared to how their employees leave it. If you ever sadly consider to use these amateurs who so desperate to grow I'd pay close attention to how a legit tree business runs and treats their employees vs these guys. They offer w-2 but don't have stubs to show taxes being deducted, every check they wrote was hot and they still owe me 2!! They have leaders who speed and get reported for driving recklessly. They fertilize trees year around when I know dam well there's no point until early spring time. I'm sure their clients aren't aware because this business isn't ethical at all and just want to make another dollar or should I say thousand

  On October 28, 2024 I received an email from Certified Tree Care LLC (******, **) which informed me that I would be "automatically re-enrolled" in a ************* contract. In the email it says if I DO NOT OPT OUT I will be charged $99 on Nov. 18.I'm not sure how I can be "re-enrolled" if I never was enrolled in the first place! Years ago, this company did some work for me, but I did not enroll in such a service. I have tried to contact the business but was asked to leave a message. I have left two messages in the last week, and no one has returned my call. How do I "opt out?"

  We had used this company to trim our trees last year. The guy ****** ****** talked well during the initial consultation but it took several weeks & multiple calls to get them to my house to do the job after we paid half of the amount. The quality of job was just Okay and for the price we paid I wouldn't recommend this company for any further jobs. However I received an email this month from this company to notify my autorenewal TREESURANCE MEMBERSHIP for $99, which I never signed or agreed to a such membership. I tried to call the company and the guy ****** ****** to cancel it but I couldn't reach anyone. Please someone needs to stop this company to practice like this!!

  **** and his crew exceeded our expectations.Fast, efficient, and did an amazing clean up after the tree work was completed.Weve had Certified ************ on site at least 6-7 times over the last 6-7 years.All the crews were good. But ***** crew was VERY good.They earned a 5 Star rating.************ Dripping Springs

  Fantastic job!! ******* and his ********** trimmed two of my trees in front of my house. The work they did was exactly what I had asked for and more.

  This is a totally unreliable business. I signed a contract with them on October *********************************************** *****, **. The arborist who came to my house said he was with their office in **********, **. I noticed on the Internet that this is a national business with offices in many states. The contract I signed lists their office in ******, **, I paid $300 up front, with a remaining balance of $322.44.I was told that they would call and give me a scheduling date. I never received a call. I finally decided to call their office on October 18. I was told that the scheduler was out of the office, but would call me back with a date. I never received a call. In late October, I started calling again, without success. I simply received a message that said, "The mailbox for this phone number is full." I continued to call without success. I tried calling other numbers I found on the Internet, with no success. I sent an email message through their website and got no response.I still have no date scheduled for the work. Yesterday I sent a message through their website that read as follows: "I have tried repeatedly for three weeks to get a date for the tree work you contracted t do for me. I still do not have a date. Furthermore, I have now found it impossible to contact you by phone. Because I can not communicate with you, I consider you to be in violation of our contract, and therefore , as of today (11/22/23), I am declaring the contract to be null and void. I will find someone else to do the work."I did not request a refund of my deposit because I consider such a request to be a waste of time. I suspect this business has actually gone out of business.

  Where the sales people are very nice their actual tree service is less than adequate. We were booked out 2 months. Got 24 hours notice to do the job. Which we pushed a day. They crew of 2 arrived at 9am to take care of the 3 oak trees in the backyard. After 4.5 hours they left and had not completed the job! They left multiple spots untreated, left some dead limbs, and neglected to take care of any of the water sprouts.A revisit happened over a week later, only after I had to demand the work be completed ASAP. The crew that came back did a fine job with the tree but broke a strand of meditation bells with sentimental value and broke a piece of wood on our deck. They neglected to tell us about either! Didnt realize the bells were broken until after the fact. The crew apparently took them and trashed them. Im sure it was accidental, I would have liked to been able to keep them. In my opinion, this company boasts way more than they can provide! I am extremely displeased. I most sorry, I recommend them to a friend before having the work done.

  It has been two months and still not had the work done. They have our deposit and they say its nonrefundable. What the heck do you do?

  Used these guys finally and they did a great job. Hard workers in this heat. The deposit thing is kinda weird but I understand it and I did get a receipt of course. The *********** company and communication with ** on when my services were to be done were good. Get with ** the ** for these parts and youll be fine too. Hes great and easy to work with

  The company in *********** is lights out superb! Cant speak for the other cities but no problems with SA at all. Will use them again!
