      On 3/4/25, we hired Certified Tree Care LLC to remove a tree on our property; on that date a check was written in the amount of $1759.99 as a deposit on the work, and we were told we would receive a work order confirmation via email. The next day we reached out to let them know we had not received the confirmation, then again 4 more times over the next two weeks. By the second week questions about the missing work order were also requests for an estimated date the work would be done; last week, our point of contact for the company (*********** *******) reached out to tell us that he would have a schedule that Friday (3/28/25) but we never heard anything. He claims he did not receive the schedule when contacted Saturday, but promised to get it today (3/31/25). We reached out again today and have heard nothing; at this point Certified Tree Care has $1759.99 of our money and we do not even have a work order confirmation, let alone even a vague estimate of when they intend to do they work they accepted money to do.

      On 1/13/2025 I met with ***** ***** in regards to a tree ***** removal. He gave me a price and asked for a deposit to be put on the calendar. I made a transaction of $200.00 cash that same day and was given a receipt.. ***** had me schedule for service on the calendar for 2/01/2025 but no one showed up. I called the office at the beginning of the week 2/03/2025 to ask why no one showed up. The excuse given was that ***** was on vacation and he would return the call. I received a text 02/04/2025 from ***** stating he was sorry and that the office was to take care of me while he was out of town. I explained no one reached out to me. I informed him the ***** needs to be removed asap. He apologized and said he was on it and will keep me posted. I texted him 2/05/2025 asking when someone will come out. He responded the company is only ***** grinding on Saturdays. So he asked the office to schedule me for this coming Saturday, and if that will work out for me. I responded yes just get it done. I called ***** 2/8/2025 at 4:59pm to inform him no one has shown up again for the second time! No response therefore, left a message. Have not received no phone call or text message back. At this point I want my money back as the company isnt keeping up with their part of the contract! I DO NOT WANT THEIR BUSINESS JUST MY MONEY OF $200.00 BACK! I have already made plans for someone else to come out.

      To whom it may concern,After hurricane ****** a tree fell on my property at ********************************** I hired certified tree care llc to remove the tree. They advised the job needed a crane and they could not complete the job. I requested an immediate refund of the deposit paid to Certified Tree Care LLC on 10/12/2024 for the removal of a large oak tree at ***************************************** As of today, 11/22/2024, I have not received the refund or any communication regarding its status.According to our agreement, the deposit was to be refunded if the job could not be completed. Despite several attempts to resolve this, I have not received my funds or an explanation for the delay.

      On September 20th, 2024, I paid the company 50% down for them to come out and trim a tree and also to grind a *****. I was told that they would be out there the following week but they never showed. There has not been any communication from them since. I have called multiple times ( at least 6) and I am always given the same excuse. I am told that the only person that can help with this is the person that runs the Nashville accounts. Apparently the person that runs the Nashville accounts is never available and never returns calls. I have even asked to speak with a manager and have never received a call from them either. I don't understand how they can take 50% up front but don't hold up their end of the contract. The one person that answers is not responsible for the Nashville accounts, but always says I can see where you paid and you should be getting placed on the schedule. I have no idea what's going on with this company.

      Certified tree care took a 50% deposit by check back in September for $300 deposit of a small $600 job . Was promised work wood be done by the middle of October at the latest if not sooner. During that time I received ( in junk mail) that they were signing me up for a monthly service if I did not respond back I didnt want it. From looking at the other complaints about same issue that with out my permission they kept my bank information. When I responded back to their salesperson they said dont worry about it???? It was wrong wording in the email??? I have since been trying to cancel and get my deposit back. Like all the other complaints I am receiving the run around from this very unethical company. They are unethical and should be shut down. Consumers beware!! Of these scam artists

      Got an email stating "Your Treesurance Membership autorenewal is on 11/18/2024."Never had this service. Do not want it. Local phone # ************ goes to answering service with no call back. ****** street view for the address ***************************************** looks like a trailer park. email Certified Tree Care <*********************************************************>I suspect a scam email.

      I paid half down ****** for work to trim some trees, on 9/8/24 they keep saying there coming never showed up, so now I have asked for are money back, they keep saying they will get back to us, which has never happen.

      On 08/21/24, I had the company come out for a quote to cut some trees. I was told it would be 3-5 weeks out maybe 6 to schedule service. I had to sign a contract as well as provide a $4300 deposit in order to be put on the list to be scheduled. After 5 weeks I had not received an update and called the company. I was told I was not on the schedule yet and someone would call me. No one called, texted or emailed me. So I call back on week 6 and was told the same thing and again didn't hear back from them. I repeated this on week 7 and got the same results. So in week 8 I called and was still not on the schedule and asked to cancel. After that i was then magiclly on the schedule. I still asked them to cancel due to lack of service and I was told it would be cancled and a refund processed. I then started to receive text from one of thier employees "**** ******" trying to schedule the service. I told him I canceled with the office and he stated it wasn't. I called the office back and confirm but **** insisted it was not canceled. Also, that i can not receive a refund and my only option was for them to service my trees. Now the Bill is refusing to refund me and I am not getting help from the company's main office.

      Multiple areas of property damage caused by the Certified team. Damages have been captured on video and pictures have been sent. It appears as though the Certified team attempted to repair our paver patio without our permission and now the damage is worse. There has been no attempt to assist in repairing the electrical damage that was done and no further communication along those lines. I have emails documenting the communication as well as photos and video if helpful.

      I don't understand why an invoice is needed but am attaching one anyway.  *********** did damage to our property, then tried to fix the damage on their own and without our consent, which made the problem even worse.  The invoice is just for the work they did, which is when the did the damage.  They need to pay for our paver patio to be repaired, and to fix the electrical wiring they destroyed, which is work that hasn't been done to this point.

      This company solicits regularly in my neighborhood and will not stop knocking on my door, despite the presence of no-soliciting signs. One of those signs is a bright yellow Post-It that is literally impossible to miss. The guy rang anyway, and left a card. Then he drove across my grass as he was leaving. I want them to leave my house alone. That's all. Just stay off my property. If, after this, they still enter my property, I will call the sheriff and report them for trespassing.
