            Booked services with this company for moving and cleaning. They promised to return to clean the property upon move out but never did. Closed the ticket so they could get paid through uhaul and refused to render the cleaning services claiming they did it, but absolutely did not. When reaching out to business to discuss, they blocked me from contacting them.

            I hired this company via ********************************** website with two workers on Jun 03,2022. I never had any issues with anyone I hired via movinghelp behalf of this company which was my worse moving experience with two unprofessional movers who just wanted charge me with any excuses & trick. Their movers men gave me a lot of stress with slow working, stay 5 hours in place 2 hours & overcharging me ,making pics of my furniture's like two dressers or head bad & send to their boss & said these items are heavy & we charge you $200.00 each piece as it is over 200 lb which was not me, cause a lot of damages on my woody furniture, broken dishes & etc.on the stairs, And their boss started supports their made-up rules & told me he said before on the text message which was not true & he didn't send anything like that. The two movers stayed longer & longer with excuses and charged me more and more. They said if you dont want we help you in this condition then we leave & you have paid some fee's ($50.00). One of the took his child from day care and he was skip ***** minutes without notice me when they charging me.Moving by ownself has enough stress but this company cause more. They were not cautions & just talk about extra charges ,extra hours and more. They broken legs of dressers but then took it to the trailer & said inside the trailer is not our responsibility when they broken them inside the house or by stairs. It seems they have ***** address with ********** phone # and working in WA, ** and OR. They wrote falsify information on their website that they are +A creditable with BBB when they have ******** in BBB reviews.
