    I went to b&k off of ******* i paid for a premium wash which was 21$ The problem is when i came off i noticed my bumper was falling off from the sides and my husband clipped it back in. then i noticed that the front bumper was falling off and i brought it to the attention of the employee and off the bat he told me that they dont wash the front bumper very rudely. i sent my husband to speak to him because he was super disrespectful towards me off the rip and my husband said the employee claimed they were not liable because it was previous damage. i just returned from a 6 hour trip. My vehicle was not damaged. My bumper was not falling off until i went into that car wash. i went to speak to the employee and tried to explain that previous damage is coming in with something already broke and my bumper was not falling off until i went into the wash.. he started yelling at me and said and claimed it was previously damaged because i had gotten my bumper replaced 6 months ago. i have proof of all of this. my issue is the bumper was not falling off until i went into the car wash. its basically brand new. ive gone into car washes and never had an issue until i went into this car wash. i also have a video of my husband and i in the car wash and my husband even said the wash was getting the sides. we were able to pop the sides back in but at the end of the day the front is falling off. Not only was i treated disrespectfully i was yelled at by an employee when i genuinely trying to be respectful. i understand he wanted to go home but thats not how you resolve or explain a situation. I need some compensation on the broken bumper and a refund. Im unable to attach the video and photos due to it being too large but i can email the details if i have an email.

    Hi, I went to the location and had a talk with the employee was on site for that day, he says that seems like that vehicle was in an accident before because it did not have the front head light.

    He tried to explain to them, that if anything around your car is loose or damage, the carwash is not responsible. The bumper is not broken and or scratch, just needed to be clip it back.

    Carwash equipment is working properly. I apologize for this bad experience .

    I will refund the amount paid for the wash, if desire.

    On 1/29/2024 I paid $***** for an automatic car wash at B&K express wash on N. Main St. in ********, **. I drove through the wash and after that I drove off and got out of my truck at a nearby store then seeing a huge deep to the primer scratch on my drivers door due to their B&Ks roller brush in the wash. I went back asked the employee to look at it and stop sending cars through that would also be damaged. People were coming out with the same damage I had received. He ignored me continued sending cars through and refused to give me a number to complain. I had to spend another ***** buying scratch compound, wax and polish for my truck. I added a picture of the receipt from one of my purchases to repair the damage. I can not find my receipt for the scratch compound I bought the day it happened. I did attach a photo from my bank statement where I paid OReilly Auto Parts ***** and I also attached a photo where the ***** B&K charged me went through my bank account the day after the wash. Since the employee will not give you a complaint number and I have read several reviews the owner will not call you back anyways I would appreciate it if you guys could look into this business.

    I am rejecting this response because: I left the car wash and pulled directly out. I stopped at a store and then saw the damage and came back. I live over 15 miles away from them so it took me time to come back. The employee would not even look at it. I never used profanity when I spoke with the owner. She just kept calling me a liar and then hung up.
