Aire Serv and its representatives, ***** ***, *******, and *****, have shown manipulative and deceitful behavior. They seem more interested in profiting off vulnerable customers than providing quality ********** issues began when ***** came to give an estimate for a dehumidifier job. I gave a positive review then, but only because he requested it before the work even began. The estimate was over $15k, which included repairs for an attic ladder that their own technicians brokea tactic that felt intentionally exploitative. One tech even fell through my ceiling, causing a large hole, which they did fix, but the experience indicated poor service quality. After the installation, ***** admitted the job was poorly done, creating an issue where hot air flooded in every hour for 40 minutes, making me ill and causing missed work. Although they fixed this, my homes cooling has struggled since, and their solution was to blame my ductwork, asking for another $15knever mentioning my home warranty that could cover such issues. They further attributed the cooling problem to air filters barely overdue for replacement, which couldn't account for a ********* disparity in temperature. Overall, the experience has been the worst transaction Ive ever had, costing me over $9k upfront. Despite requesting a refund, they refused, instead proposing to bring sensors to check my attic. I dont want them back on my property.I've filed a chargeback, which they contested. Im determined to continue my appeal and ensure others know about my experience with this ********** make matters worse, Im dealing with serious health issues, including a chronic spine condition that has required constant medical appointments and soon, major surgery, which limited my ability to handle this sooner. My home HVAC was inspected just six months before their work, with an inspection report confirming it was in good condition.
