Agreement was a promotional offer of no payments to be made till 3/04/2023 no fees were due.This merchant was told on January 5, 2023 that I revoked all authorization and didnt want to continue. Throughout the following week merchant made grand gestures of refunds as they made a mistake and would refund all payments. ******** took payments from card ending in **** of total transactions of 1/5/2023 ***** 1/6/2023 ***** and 1/7/2023 ***** and 1/10/2023 bank draft of ****** all four transactions were unauthorized payments breaching my contract with said merchant who stated there would be no charges or payments or dues till 3.4/2023 which merchant broke contract with fees taken I cancelled officially on 1/11/2023 because the offices were closed before and I was trying to resolve with merchant. Management and staff kept making broken promises and decided to disconnect on me or give me false information. ******** has lied to their consumers stating we can refund you or we legally took money. They took my funds 3 months before payments and treated me with disrespect and did fraudulent transactions to get their money when I verbally started on 1/4/2023 -1/5/2023 that I revoke my authorization of them to take payment. Do not do business with any of this company. They are crooks and will try to make it look like they are superior. They do not keep up to date with health procedures or clean equipment.
