      Terrible ******** services ALL LIES!We were with a previous company Envision with NO problems....then Brinks comes along and problems arise along with extra costs. SCAM TRICKS LIES!! Now I'm stuck for 5 years! There's not escaping! I would RATE them BELOW 1, but that's not possible here!BUYER BEWARE!!

      I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by Brinks. Unfortunately, my experience with Brinks has been far from satisfactory due to several key issues:Poor Customer Support: On multiple occasions, I have experienced long wait times when trying to reach customer support. When I finally got through, the representatives were unhelpful and failed to resolve my issues. I was transferred multiple times without clear communication or follow-up.Service Reliability: The service provided has been unreliable and inconsistent. There were several instances where the system failed to function as promised, compromising the security I expected from Brinks.I WOULD GIVE A -5 RATING IF IT WOULD ALLOW!Lack of Transparency: I was not adequately informed about the fees associated with the service. Unexpected charges appeared on my bill without prior notice or explanation, which felt like a breach of trust.Failure to Meet Promised Standards: Brinks did not deliver on the service level that was advertised at the time of purchase. The equipment provided was faulty, and it took several attempts to get it working correctly, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience.Overall, my experience with Brinks has been extremely frustrating, and I feel that the company did not meet its commitments to its customers. I expected a higher standard of service and accountability from a company of Brinks' reputation. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that improvements are made to ensure better customer satisfaction in the future.

      Less than one. I filed a formal complaint against Brinks Home Security and the response I got back from somebody named **** was the biggest song and dance c*** Ive ever heard. They acknowledged they received 4 letters canceling my service but some crock of garbage response they refuse to do whats right. They further acknowledged I cancelled the service and then they completely LIED about any follow up which was NEVER requested of me. Brinks is crooked and unprofessional and their answers are complete bull. They are NOT customer friendly or oriented in any way and I encourage people to avoid or get a more reputable company to deal with. **** wasnt helpful in any way and is the companies mouth piece to make sure Brinks doesnt do right by the customer. This isnt over by any means Im now seeking possible legal action and where all I wanted was assistance before Ill now require monetary compensation for both compensatory as well as punitive damages.Stay away from Brinks Home Security as they only want your money and will not help you when needed

      This company is one of the worst alarm companies to do business with. Ive been waiting for a home technician to come over and replace a lock. They have cancelled on me 3 times within a month time span. I cant even get ahold of a manager! When they cancel they do it via text and make me have to call brinks to reschedule! Thats after I have wasted the day waiting for the tech to show up! Horrible communication, totally not customer service oriented! It feels like a business that is operating out of a trailer or garage!

      Brinks have consistently been a terrible company to work with. On top of their many service issues, they have twice now attempted to pass on a larger increase in their rates than they are contractually allowed to. Our contract, which I am assuming is fairly standard allows for a maximum 6% annual increase. This week we received a letter saying that a 10% increase would be implemented in January, however, you could opt to 'save' 2.5% and only have a 7.5% increase if you brought forward the start of the increase to December. I am 100% convinced this is a tactic to make companies think they are getting a good deal so they agree to the 7.5% without realizing they are going to pay a higher amount than they should be per their contract. I'm counting down the days to when our contract with them ends and I never have to deal with them again.

      Brinks location on ** recently started firing employees without reason and changing work days to 10 hours. When concerns were brought up by employees, they were laid off. This company does not care about its employees and discourages them from voicing their opinions. I would not recommend anyone joining this company given that they are not unionized or do not provide job security and will fire people without a cause.

      Not a professional company! They dont care about their employees. So many OSHA violations and the employees concerns arent heard or respected. Dont waste your time with this company!!

      Brinks armored cars have no air conditioning!! When the weather is above *************************** a tin can, that is a health code violation. It is simply inhumane and violating OSHA regulations. Unacceptable.
