      This collections company keeps harrassing me about this debt that I shouldn't have. I asked *** to close my account. They didn't and I got a bill. I tried contesting it and it ended up in collections as *** wasn't taking fault and eventually my account was closed because of the collections. I told Credit Management LP this over and over and I still get harrassed. I will not be bullied into paying something I am not responcible to pay because *** screwed up.

      I have never did business with this company. I have not signed a contract with my wet signature agreeing to pay this company nor have I received a 1099-C. I am requesting that the company provide me with a 1099-C to settle this debt as it has been paid: charge off. This is will be the third time having this removed from my credit report.The previous company was IC Solutions which I never owed.

      I am requesting a 1099c with a zero balance from the above company. As this account have been paid :charged off . This is the third company I will have to remove from my credit as I do not owe them neither have I ever did business with them. The company is claiming a service @5877 ******* for the lower part I lived above them @5875 *******. Please remove the account and stop selling my personal information. Thank you.

      This company Credit Management Lp has been HARASSING me with text messages, phone calls and even emails. I do not know how they retrieved all of my information. Now, they have added a false/fraudulent account on my ********************** report with the account #******. This is Ridiculous! I have no clue who Credit Management is or how my information is involved. I am tired and frustrated of all these HARASSING text messages and phone calls. Credit Management Lp os out of control by texting early mornings before 9am. I demand them to remove this account #****** from all credit reports immediately.

      I recently began receiving calls from Credit Management, LP about a medical debt that they are trying to collect. They stated this was from an unpaid medical debt in June/July 2021 from when I was admitted to the hospital at *************************** (****). The debt is from Tricities Region Emergency Physicians PC, the ***** patient services site. After my admittance in the hospital, I was apart of Project Access who helps those, like me, who were uninsured as I was a student at the time. They were to cover all debts, & to my knowledge they did. My online account on ***** patient services states that there are no balances due & haven't been since 2021. Credit Management states that I owe $2,013 in unpaid medical debt, file number ********, and states creditor is CF Medical. I have contacted ***** *************) and they state that this balance is not owed & that I do not have a with-standing balance on my account with them. My account number with ***** is ***********. That state reflected balance has been $0 since November 2021. Credit Management states they cannot give me an itemized bill and has not verified any of the outstanding medical debt.
