    How can you not love this website, for me they check all the right boxes great customer service, great prices and fast shipping. Grab a Gun is one of the very few companies that actually respond with either a phone call or an email. I definitely recommend!!

    I was a client since 2016 and now they don't reply to me when I verified my identity to the creep behind the screens named ******* who didn't respond after I sent my ID in ****** and my birth certificate as well as electric bill for higher verification due to a security flag. Since my move from ***** and ******** they treat me differently and don't even acknowledge me as a human being. I clearly verified my identity and he would not answer texts or emails. He's the worst customer service agent I ever felt with other than *******. If I could I would give them 1/100 of a star.

    This place refused to ship my purchase to my FFL of choice. They cited my FFL has a storage policy for items left in their possession for an unacceptable amount of time, to which I'm aware of and agree with. For a business to think it's in their purview to dictate policy of another business, in a completely different state, is ridiculous. I will never buy from here again and I'll be hitting up social media to spread the word about this place and their authoritarian practices. I'll be sure to recommend anyone of dozens of online vendors to my friends and family.

    You unilaterally decided to deny customers the ability to utilize my services, telling them they need to use someone else because you don't agree with my business policies. Policies that all my customers are aware of and have absolutely no problem with. You have never had a customer complain to you about my policy. And if you had, you should have said so, but you decide not to.

    A customer of ours wanted to use ****** as their FFL. For whatever reason (family emergency, traveling for work.... who knows) our customer took over 60 days to go in and pick up their firearm. ****** denied the transfer and decided that per his own policy the gun belonged to him. We believe he sold it to another one of his customers and ended up having to refund the entire amount to our customer. Its fine that ****** wants to have such a policy, but we don't want to deal with a company that does. Just as importantly, we don't want to risk ****** claiming another one of our firearms belongs to him. He can call it a "policy" all he wants, but most would call it stealing.

    Firstly, none of my customers conveyed any sense of emergency or inability to pick up their firearm(s). Therefore, no special consideration could be made for extenuating circumstances. Second, all my customers are aware to inform me if they can not pick up the firearm in a timely manner, they always have the option to return the firearm to the seller, which they obviously did not exercise, especially customers who have failed a background check. Lastly, Grab A Gun made no effort to reach out to me to discuss the matter and get the other side of the story, they simply chose to believe some irresponsible person.

    Sold me a gun 24 months ago. Gun was returned to them. They didn't refund my money until I called them out. They want to take a month to cut me a check. And a 15% restocking fee. Thieves. Armondo who works there is a con artist. Please investigate them BBB
