              December 29th, 2023 $82.23 Description of item states that the only material the sign contains is Stainless Steel. Product images on the website clearly depict the middle portion of the sign being laser cut Stainless Steel over a blue laminate background. What I received was a low resolution sticker with my custom name printed on it. Rest of the sign was as pictured.Refund I have contacted them twice over the span of two weeks so far with no response. Order for the website: #PFL3670 ***** Tracking: #********************** If other photo evidence is needed please let me know. The sign has been sitting in the box awaiting a resolution. I at least want $30 of my money back because it is not worth $82.

              I am giving this worthless company one star because no stars was not an option! We ordered an item from this POFILY and it was to have our last name on it and nothing else as our order form stated. When we received this metal cutout, it had our last name on it and they decided to add, "EST 2016"! I supposed they cannot read an order form. When contacted, POFILY took absolutely no responsibility for this and basically told me it was my fault. He, (Har^ey) did offer me 10% off if I was dumb enough to order something else from them! I asked about the EST 2016 and he tells me that this is their "default", not their fault, but their "DEFAULT"! When I asked why not spell our name incorrectly, or add EST 1890 or 2002 they had nothing to respond. The next email from them offered me 20% off another order! I just want what we ordered that is all. I am not interested in any percentage off of anything they make! So, do not order from this company unless you want to pay for something that is not what you ordered!!!
