Ordered a shirt from ************************** on Nov 7th 2024. Same day received confirmation from them with order # and tracking number. I paid for the item with one of my credit cards on file in our ****** acct. in the *** of ***** I have tried tracking the item with number they provided, but it says its not a valid tracking # and we do not know what carrier this tracking number is from. I have tried e-mailing them several times and am not getting any response. I have downloaded the online order with all the Info from this company, along with the emails I have sent them. Sure hope others dont order from them if this is how this company operates. Totally unacceptableInitial Complaint

December 29th, 2023 $82.23 Description of item states that the only material the sign contains is Stainless Steel. Product images on the website clearly depict the middle portion of the sign being laser cut Stainless Steel over a blue laminate background. What I received was a low resolution sticker with my custom name printed on it. Rest of the sign was as pictured.Refund I have contacted them twice over the span of two weeks so far with no response. Order for the website: #PFL3670 ***** Tracking: #********************** If other photo evidence is needed please let me know. The sign has been sitting in the box awaiting a resolution. I ordered two personalized signs from Pofily on Dec 18,2022. On Dec 21, 2022 I received an update that a tracking label had been prepared, since then there has been no news. The UPSP never received the package and despite numerous attempts to contact Pofily I have had no response. The company has no number to call just and email that bounces back immediately with a automated message. I spent $233.09 and want my money back and the company reported as I feel they are a scam.Initial Complaint

We made a purchase near December 3 2022. The order was incorrect and they apologized by email and said they would replace the item. A Christmas gift - Custom doormat. My attempts to followup and obtain a replacement item or refund have been unanswered. But I feel "ghosted" no reply to emails, cant find a phone number, web chat is unanswered. My only recourse is social media. Is there anyone at pofily that replies to customers?Customer Answer

The business did send an email the same day I posted this matter. The email indicated that they sent a replacement but did not provide an estimated arrival time. I emailed them back asking to see what the replacement looks like so to ensure it was customized correctly this time. I am anxiously waiting for the replacement.Customer Answer

Date of transaction 6/11/2022, $45.56. Order was incorrect and late. I paid extra for expedited shipping. I contacted them via email as they do not have a customer service phone number. They promised a replacement, but after several (more than 10) requests, I've only received a handful of empty promises. One email they sent me for a survey was flagged as a scam by both *************************. I believe this is not a legitimate company and they are taking advantage of holidays to promise custom gifts. There are similar complaints filed with BBB, but yet this business is still scamming people. Also, they did not send me a receipt, just an order confirmation that has expired on their website.
