On September 16 I went to Go Cash wash in the evening. I heard a noise that hit the side of my truck. Which prompted me to check it afterwards. I noticed scratches from the front left side. It starts where my mirror is to the back side where the tail light is. I've gone to the place 3 times after calling over and over. I've left voice-mails and no one calls me back. I went on their website and filled out a form and no one has contacted me. When I went in the 3rd time I spoke to someone and she told me the manager told her the scratches aren't consisted. Their company doesn't even get on the phone and hear me. They rather just ignore the problem and not call me or send me a email. I need help to get this resolved. I had the truck painted recently and there was no scratches. I wanted to let them know this plus I have records. Their carwash caused this so I want to hear what they have to say. Plus I canceled my membership.

03/22/2022 I went through Go Wash Car-Calallen, address: ***************************************************************************. Ive never used this car wash before but my boyfriend has, so I decided to give it a try. Once I was out of the wash and in the vacuum area I noticed quite a bit of cross hatch surface scratches, and one very large almost zig zag scratch on my hood. I immediately spoke to the manager who made every excuse in the book until finally taking photos and had me sign the information for the claim. Then she proceeded to tell me they couldnt find my car in the system because I do not have license plates my car is brand new and doesnt have tags yet. It also didnt have scratches. She insisted that maybe I went through a different car wash( I had to pull up my online bank statement to prove I had a charge from Go Wash) and was confused or that my new car had the scratches when I bought it and stated No one has complained before, weve never had this happen. She seemed to get tired making excuses that I was shooting down, and went inside and sent out a normal employee to handle the rest of the claim. This other person informed me that some one would be contacting me either later that day, or the next day. I never received so much as an email or phone call from the company. The employee I spoke to instructed me call and bug them until something was done that didnt give me hope but I was grateful for her insight. Today 3/28/22 I called GO Wash myself only to be told my claim had been reviewed and found that there were scratches on my car before it went through the wash. I asked to see the photos and they obliged, but aside from being able to tell my car was DIRTY there were no visible scratches. Theres a smudge theyre claiming is the largest scratch, Im attaching photos, from the day of purchase, day of the wash, and from today(dirty) plz zoom. Scratches are very noticeable. There are also smudges from bird poo that didnt come off w the wash.
