Extremely rude customer service representatives who do NOT follow *** policy. My fianc (who is on my *** account as a Member of Household) attempted to pick up one of my packages while I was at work. They turned her away, saying it had to be ME. When she explained that she was listed on my account as an authorized recipient, the manager replied, Well we dont do that here. When my fianc offered to put me on the phone to verify my identity, the manager replied, Well, while youre doing that, Im gonna go back to my job. Even after I identified myself over the phone, they still refused to give her the package. I had to leave work early to get it myself. When I asked why they didnt let my fianc pick up the package, they stated that they dont exactly follow *** rules, and that the manager has her own policy. Very poor representation of the *** brand, whom I have had great experience with in the past.

Good afternoon. A lady came into the store to try and pick up this package with no valid ID. The *** ********************** policy is to match valid government issued identification to the recipient on the package. That should be done at all locations to avoid future issues. She needed to have a matching last name on her Id or matching address which she did not present either one, because of this we denied her the ability to pick up this package. The *** store understands the frustration and inconvenience this may have caused however we rather verify identification then release the package to the wrong individual. Thank you for understanding.
