    Hello Max, Apt. Manager,There has got to be something done about this dumpster and the people just dumping right on the ground and not in the dumpster when the dumpster is empty. I've only been here one month and I'm truly disgusted with this place that I have to see, smell and pass through here to get to my apt or my car. I've requested that the smoke alarm be changed, because it won't stop chiming and I'm just sick and tired of calling and leaving messages and nothing gets done. Calls don't get returned. I was also told over the phone by you, Max, that this place was a gated community, which i was looking for before moving from *******. It's not secure when people can come and go through the back gate without it being locked, it is actually wired open. Then is was brought to my attention by ****, that you were in ******* at a ******************* when I first moved in a month ago. That to me is a joke, because you don't know how to Manage this property. You allow drug dealers and buyers coming and going at all hours of the night. I know because I have a Ring on my door and inside as well. I warned you that my next email will be to corporate with this complaint. I'm giving you this next week to get this under control or put me on your payroll, because I'm the one picking up the trash around this back area where my apartment is, and then you charge me for trash pickup and pest control. No one has been inside my apt to do pest control. I actually bought ***** motels to place all over. You should be paying me. I have requested you tell your maintenance people to leave a work order when they enter my apartment, which they have entered several times and not once left a work order. This is against the law in my contract, maybe you should read the contract. You have broken this lease by breaking the law.I want out of this apartment because you quoted me and my sister $800 and you charged my account $1044. You have broken my contract by misrepresentation.

    Good morning. We haven't received any phone calls in regards to the issues that you just notified us about or do we have any work orders in our system. We tried contacting you today on 10/09/2024 @ 9:25AM to discuss any issues so that we can get them resolved. We are open Monday through Friday from 9AM - 6PM. Trash is picked up everyday with our maintenance staff as this is their daily responsibility. You brough to our attention now through this email that the rent is incorrect on your ledger. After reviewing your lease it shows $875 rent only. We made the proper corrections to your account to reflect properly. If there is any concerns we would like for you to give us a call or stop by the office so we can discuss in person. Please give Max a call when you have availability. A text message was also sent out to you that way we can schedule a meeting.

    Good afternoon,

    After reviewing the records of Unit#*** ******************************* had no work orders in the system in regards to the A/C. The date when he submitted this BBB complaint my staff was then aware of the situation and went straight out to the apartment to fix any issues they had with the A/C. Work order was completed. However ****************** has not paid  rent in full since the date of move-in. ****************** had a move-in special which gave them the remainder of the month for free which was in the month of June 2024. Since then he only paid $460.00 on 07/16/24 and now has a high balance with us. All work orders have been taken care of for this apartment.

    This apartment management has left their residents with out hot water at least a week every month. During recent hurricane we were left with out hot water for 2 weeks. While they went home to hot water. Ac has been out. We come home to ***** degree apartments while they are nice and comfortable sitting in the office doing nothing. They close the office a hour prior to what there open to close times are listed as. They do not answer phone calls. The only thing this place does is constantly call when you are 2 days late on payment.

All of the residents issues have been resolved and spoke to the resident one on one to make sure the resident is being taken care of. ******** resident that we are a new management team making a difference on property. Resident has my direct contact information if they ever come into any issues that need to be resolved. Resident is satisfied with the new changes on property.

    Moved in a month ago reported multiple work orders none have been repaired my dishwasher backs up into my sink on the garbage disposal side to which also doesnt work the ac doesnt work it stays hot in here the back door was barely holding on by 2 of the worlds smallest screws an the response I get from the office is they only have one maintenance my stove has wires exposed an is shorting out the electricity since the last maintenance didnt properly replace the back to the stove to hold the plug in place nobody has been out to fix that to which has to be a hazard on its own. All I want is my stuff fixed I was told multiple times someone would be by for the dishwasher a month a go an now its the residents who have been here the longest get repairs first then us

    My AC/Heater has been out since July 31, or 134 days as of the time of writing. I immediately put in maintenance requests for every issue that arises. Several attempts have been made by the apartment to fix the issues, but only when I contact their parent company. Last thing the maintenance team told me was that my transformer was out and that was November 22, the week of Thanksgiving. On top of this insanely insulting A/C issue, my entire kitchen (dishwasher, oven, and stovetop) have been out since October 19, or 54 days as of the time of writing. I was told that the transformer is the reason for these not working as well. The question I have is why isn't if fixed if you have completely narrowed down the problem. This isn't even scratching the surface of the issues I have living here, but these are the ones that affect my daily living conditions.

    Hi I've been without ac since Late Oct. I've written 3 work orders called office and left another order there as well I've even seen a maintenance guy out side and finally told he is m my is***. Finally 2 weeks later he came in tho try and fix it but nothings been done I told him exactly what the problem was only bc a friend who's a ac expert checked it for me and told me what to say. They didn't listen to me until he tried and tried his solutions and it didn't work so he went and put a part that it needed but didn't finish he left early in Friday left all the vents open didn't put a thing back. Now the ac unit had been leaking water I told him on that he didn't clean it up either I slipped sprained my ankle I have witnesses to. Now there's this squeaking in my vents I believe it's rats I'm super uncomfortable I just moved here a d these apartments are poorly managed there's mold lots of mold on the ac unit at times I need to go out and get air lose my breathe it smells wet in here there's always knats to tons of roaches this isn't a way if living and I'm uncomfortable I'm fixing to get involved a lawyer bc these people literally are ignoring me I've fought through the heat now it's cold how do I survive that I'm feeling discouraged and scared cause I have nowhere else and I just wanted to feel at home. Now due to their negligence I have not paid rent and will not until I feel like a ******* not like a outcast. Discrimination is surely involved now I don't know where else to go from here. Only to *** this property

    I made payments that equal $1000 on the old portal between October ***** and wasnt aware that it wasnt supposed to be used anymore and that new management was going to just take money orders. I sent the screenshots the receipts of those payments. I talked to my bank and they stated that until a refund is processed by the person that received the payments they cant reverse the payments. I called GVA Management and tried to talk to someone multiple times and nobody is answering. It was all paid before the 3rd so I dont think a late fee should be applied either. The new management is saying they can get the money back or acsess the old portal but the residents can. They are now charging me the $1000 again and $124 late fee.
