    We are being charged for a monthly gym membership fee for a gym which no longer exists. When attempting to cancel, we were directed to a new location which was also determined to be an abandoned site upon visiting in person. Phone numbers do not process/go through, yet we are being sent to collections. The address and phone number provided to me by the collections company is an empty building and non-working number. Currently we owe $126.50 (I have blocked the recurring charge on my credit card at this time). The address we visited was both the **********, ***** location at ************************************************************************ and the "new" location at ******************************************************************. The phone number we were given for both is ************. Our member account # is *****, under my son's name of ***************************. I am on the account with him and collections emails me. If you look up this company on Yelp, you will see other similar complaints with unclear resolutions.

    I had been a member of this gym for a while. Maybe a year to 18 months. Had a personal trainer and it was fine. After covid hit I continued to go to the gym for a few weeks. I continued to see my trainer. Well, the gym closed in 2020 and my trainer actually died of covid. I thought maybe this was a temporary closure due to the pandemic but the location ended up closing permanently. I did an online customer service chat with the company and asked them to cancel my account. They said I needed to come in person. The location in my town is closed. This company doesnt hVe a working phone number at any of their locations. They do not respond to emails. They have been charging me $29.95 for 30 months. One of the months they also charged a $54.07 annual renewal fee. The gym is permanently closed! These people are crooks and will not stop charging me. A at a minimum they have stolen almost $900 from me and I cannot contact anyone about it. I want the charged to stop and I want my money back.

    I have been a gym member since 2016. I moved away from ********** and have not been to this gym in many years. I have tried calling and writing physical letters and filled out their contact us form online with no response about canceling my membership with no response. I physically went to the location last year and found it was totally shut down and permanently closed. There is no info online about current operations and I see they have been sued by the ************** and seem to have closed down their locations. I am still being charged a monthly fee of ***** every month and cannot stop it. There is no phone number to call at this point and I have disputed the charges with my bank but no resolution has been found. I just need the charges to stop as they have gotten 4 years' worth of free money. This is stealing at this point.
