    I hired this company the end of August, to move my Mother (88) into an Asst. Living Facility. We (Awesome Movers and I) agreed to a Fee of $900.00 to complete this move and clear out her existing apt. The Company requested payment up front, IN FULL!!!?He berated me in front of my Mother, who was already upset having watched her apt. be dismantled and trying to settle in the new place. I stated the move/job is not finished? He demanded I pay him, which I did. He was out of town Labor Day weekend visiting his Father. He was to return Tues. Evening, following the long weekend, to complete the move. He phoned me Thurs. A.M. as my sister was en route to assist me. He said he was not available until Friday,? He also stated he and his Father had COVID!? He did not offer another crew or a resolution of ANY KIND!? I hired another crew to complete the move. They were on time, efficient and professional. I requested a $400.00 REFUND, from Awesome Movers, which is what the Second crew charged me. NO RESPONSE. Help me resolve this matter, Please. Gae Strenge

    My tenant hired this company to move their furniture and other items. Truck backed up and damaged my roof. Owner advertises to be Licensed and Insured. Took this matter to small claims court. ************************************* failed to show up.
