Mobile contract in question. Bought a phone, in 2 weeks I requested a swap. The original phone was strongly suggested by salesman. Even after I made it known I wanted something else. Made the swap, then informed I had a due date for return of original phone . Made my return by that date.. A month later I noticed I was being billed for my new phone and the return. So I called and was rudely informed the original belonged to me because it was not returned on time. So I either. pay for service and the phone or pay retail price for phone in full. I explained I didnt want the phone but that was my only option. And they would be sending that phone back to me. That was January 2024 and today is April 4, 2024, I still dont have that phone( I dont want it) but Im being billed each month for service and cost of phone. Plus since I dont have the phone, it has not been activated yet. This is new service under the Presidents program for wifi service in rural areas, so there was never a local office involved and I was told I couldnt go to a local office for help. I feel like Ive been scammed. Everyone I spoke with was from ***** or ******** or somewhere. The salesman was local, but I couldnt get help from his office either. I need help. Why is this for review only?? Does Spectrum get a free pass??
