      Excellent plumbing experience from Josh. He’s down to earth and is very understanding. Transparency is key! They went above and beyond to help with my leaks.

      This company is a fraud taking advantage of people. They only want to sell and install new HVAC systems for thousands of $$$$. My home warranty provider sent them out and ON Point told them I had a leak in the coil (which would normally been covered) except that the OnPoint Tech said there was a missing air return part ( which now puts my claim in the denied category) . I got a second opinion from a more reputable HVAC company and they stated I have no missing parts, everything checked out and is working fine but that the coil should be replaced because of a leak. STAY AWAY FROM ONPOINT...all they want is your money! I have pictures of the unit and there is no missing parts according to HVAC tech of second company. Hopefully I can get my home warranty company to pay for the coil replacement....ON POINT put me in a very bad position with my home warranty company paying for the replacement coil, because of their submitting a report based upon a LIE!!! Do not Trust this Company. JG

      While we're certainly sorry your home warranty did not approve your claim it was their responsibility and not ours. Unfortunately, we see these types of unfortunate endings many times due to improper installations and missing parts on HVAC system. We do have pictures that show clearly that there was a missing air return plenum. And we do have to submit accurate report to the home warranty. But it is not on us to have the claim approved or denied.

      This company was horrible when they came to my house. They left my kitchen and bathroom ceiling leaking and would not compensate for their error. I wish there was a way that I could leave pictures of the damage that was done to my house.

      On February 16, our plumber visited this property after we were assigned a work order from the customer home warranty which is American Home Shield, as they had an issue with their water heater not working. Upon Diagnosis, our plumber found that the 40 gallon short Rheem water heater had a bad gas control valve. We ordered a gas control valve and was able to replace it on March 7, 2024. On March 16, 9 days after the job was done, customer called our office and complained about a water leak coming from the attic to her ceiling and claimed that it was because of our technician, We sent the technician and he found that he water leak the customer was having was coming from the T&P drain line that was located about 8 to 10 ft away from the back side of the water heater. He found that there was an unglued fitting for this drain line that was causing the water leak. However, when he went out to make Repair on water heater it was only the gas control valve component that was failed and that’s the only part of the water heart that we worked on. Customer wants us to be responsible to make repairs in Sheetrock damage but we never touched the the T&P drain pipes. And customer said that they had some other plumber come out and make repair over the weekend for the T&P drain line. We will not be responsible for this water leak or the damages that was definitely not caused by us.

      Same thing that happened to **** * happened to me. $1750 of out of pocket items were quoted to me and after I got a second opinion from a licensed plumber he said only $300 is needed….. On Point is not trust worthy.

      We were assigned a work order for this customer by his home warranty. Upon diagnosis of the issue, our plumber found out that the water heater located in attic above garage is leaking from lower casing due to normal use and to fix we must replace the unit. We submitted our report to the home warranty and based on his policy, they partially covered the job and there was and out of pocket cost for us to do all the modification work to complete the water heater replacement up to code as per the state law. We did not try to scam the customer, we did not try to hide the out of pocket cost. We were clear with the customer about this out of pocket charge so he can make his decision whether he wants to move forward with us or check his other options. He refused to move forward with us. There is no need for this bad review. every company has its own pricing and methods. We did not charge the customer without his consent or try to scam him. We offered him our pricing for the part of the work that was not covered by his home warranty and he refused and we never tried to bother him again.

      This is very shady company. My warranty company sent a technician from On Point Contracting. The said that warranty company is not going to cover the repairs and it will cost me $1300, $900 parts and 400 labor. The guy was done is 45 minutes and only parts he replaced was condenser fan motor which is less than $150. Fraud company.

      These guys are good. They know what they are doing and we willing go extra mile to get the job done. I have used them for plumbing and electrical and they were a good job and on time. Thank you.

      I have no confidence this company will show up. They canceled an appointment 20 minutes prior to the 4 hour time window that has been made 3 days prior. Acted as if they were doing me a favor by offering to come on Saturday which I do not have available since I changed my plans to accommodate them on Friday. The new appointment is now set for Monday, 2-6, because they are already busy for Monday. They will not send another technician today because they cannot send one from Spring to Richmond. ????? Apparently they only have one technician who can service this area. No confidence at all!!!!
