            My mother put a deposit down at ******** in Dallas for a apartment, she then was approved and given a move in date, when she went to Pay her rent the day before move in they then informed her that she made too much, this was three weeks after she had did her application and everything, she had movers planned for the next day , packed up everything, took off of work and let her apartments know 3weeks ago that she would be moving on the 4th of January and then they tell her she makes too much, her income should have been verified before she was given a move in date and approved and all they could say was Im sorry. That was very unprofessional for an apartment complex and they made the mistake so they should have to honor the agreement. Right is right and wrong is wrong but my mother did everything correct on her end, she shouldnt have to suffer and have no home because of management mistakes. They should be held accountable for their mistake considering they never even noticed anything until the day before move in
