    Great experience all the way around. I was kept up to date on where my vehicle was in the process and was notified as soon as the repairs were completed. I would recommend Dent Mechanic Group to anyone.

    They do good work, cover deductible, pick up car and return it. They however do not do all the work they claim to be doing because they did quote price to insurance for it, didn't tell me they were not doing it or give me option to pay out of pocket when they had car. They do very good on 90% but crash hard on 10%

    From beginning to end, the process was outstanding. **** made sure to make this process as simple and easy as possible. Not only did he communicate effectively with me and my insurance company, he ensured all my concerns were answered and handled within a timely manner. He was highly professional and caring about the entire process. I truly appreciate his communication throughout the process. I highly recommend Dent Mechanic!!!!!

    EXCEPTIONAL!!! PAINTLESS, PAINLESS & PLEASANT! The Dent Mechanic Group is masterful at "paintless dent repair" (PDR). They have transformed our hail dimpled and bludgeoned car into a spotless, brand-new automobile. The whole process was wonderfully and thoroughly described by ****. *******, our salesman, further detailed the process, answered all of our questions and assured us they will work with our insurance company. *** was even more detail oriented than we are and would not let our car released to us until we inspected the final product and gave 100% approval. In summary, this is a company that is customer oriented, and you can trust will do an absolutely fabulous job.

    Excellent service, fabulous results! ***** introduced me to DMG and handled everything from the beginning so I did not have to worry about anything getting started. It was smooth sailing. Once my car was in the shop, ***** followed up on some things for me, but ***** handled all my questions at that point. Everything went as perfectly as having a hail-damaged car can go. **** recommend this company again and again!!again!!!!

    I had a great experience with DMG handling the repair damage on my Bronco. They did a great job and the vehicle looks great. The customer service was excellent. Everyone I spoke with and dealt with during the entire process were respectful and courteous. It started with meeting ***************************** and his friendly and customer service centric approach to helping during a time that is not always pleasant after a hail storm. He was very patient and kind explaining the entire process and the follow up afterwards is fantastic. Great service from their delivery of a rental vehicle all the way thru returning my vehicle all with concierge service. We decided to use them for my husband's truck repair as well as recommended them to neighbors. Highly recommend using their services as they are great people to work with.

    Exceeded Expectations and met all promises. I was provided a ****************************************** the day my truck was picked up. I didnt pay any out of pocket costs. All work was completed in a timely manner and everyone I worked with was pleasant and customer service oriented. My vehicle was completed while my son in laws vehicle is still in repair with another shop though both our vehicles were damaged at the same address and his truck was picked up 10 days before mine. I will use Dent Mechanic Group if another event occurs requiring repair. I have recommended them to my family members. I was skeptical about the promises and process. Now that it is all completed Im a very satisfied customer,
