      purchased 2 ticketes for $346.00 to travel to ****** for october 9/2024 but then i heard that to travel to ****** by land was not good idea so we were going by air so called tornado bus to cancel get refund back in august 29/2024 they said that don't give refunds the only thing they can do is to change destination + they charge ***** dls to do that so i think is unacceptable

      Travel out of town to ************** and on this Trip Tornado bus company lost my luggage I had all my work tools my breathing machine which I need every night to sleep! They have been looking through and searching and they havent given me an answer till this day! I need them to reimburse me the amount the luggage was worth!       My father has been uses this company's services for years and the last transport was the last trust we give this crooked company. He came from ****** to *******. I just bought him a set of delsey paris luggage. The luggage alone costs $300. When I picked him up He stated when he transferred busses in ****** they didnt give him his luggage. The only way this happens if they sold his luggage, or they gave it to someone else or they stole it. Completely out of his hands. The manager wanted to offer $100, ARE YOU KIDDING ME? THE LUGGAGE ALONE COSTS MORE, NOT TO MENTION THE ******NEW CLOTHES THAT WERE IN THERE, EXPENSIVE PRESCRIPTIONS, EXPENSIVE GLASSES. THE LUGGAGE IN TOTAL WAS 1K AT LEAST. THIS PLACE IS SO CROOKED! I PLAN TO *** IN CIVIL COURT!

      I paid $290 for a bus ticket for the El Tornado bus company. The bus was supposed to arrive at 7:30pm July 7th, 2024. It is already 11:07pm thats been 4 ********** stuck in ******, ** need to get to ************, IN for work tomorrow July 8th, 2024 and now I might not make it in time. Im seeking a refund of $290 usd dollars because this is not right. They need to be on schedule. People like me have jobs depending on me to show up & now I have to miss a day of work which is money out of my pocket due to their negligence. If you can please help me that would be much appreciated.

      On 6/24/24 we purchased a ticket for a family member the bus was suppose to leave at 2:43am from ************ and arrive in ******* by noon. We paid $355 for the ticket we arrived around 1:20am to the station and stayed there until 3:00am however, the bus never arrived. We called the number provided to us by tornado and they told us the bus had already stopped by at 1:00am. Our family member had to be in ******* by the morning now we had to purchase a last minute airplane ticket which was very expensive. I have been trying to contact the customer service so we can get a refund and they keep transferring my call or saying that the person that can help me is not available at the time. This was our first time using the Tornado bus company which was highly recommended to us however, this is very disappointing that they do not care about their clients and are not willing to make things right. The company is suppose to provide a secured option for travel and has failed. The ticket sale ID was #****** My advice for anyone DO NOT USE TORNADO !!

      On March *****, I was traveling with Tornado Bus Company from *********, ***, ****** to *******, **, ***. When we got off at the International boarder checkpoint they made us get off and collect our luggage. The employee for Tornado forcefully pulled my duffle bag and broke the strap rendering unusable. Called the company to see if they could compensate or replace my bag and they told me it was not their responsibility.

      01/18/2024 1 senior bus ticket from *** to ************* ********** Bus did not show up, called the next day was not refunded but was given option to reschedule another trip for the inconvenience. Rescheduled to 01/25/2024, my grandma showed up and once again she was waiting & bus did nit show up on time. This happening twice was disappointing so i called and was told bus did show up until two hours later! and that i should have been tracking it through the app. As a customer i believe if youre told a certain time you are trusting the bus company to be punctual. Ive called numerous times and numerous numbers with no solution. I am requesting a refund of $133.00 for the inconvenience and time and money wasted. In the end we lost the chance of reuniting with a family member, aswell as our money.

      On November 17th, the scheduled day of the trip, the bus failed to arrive. I contacted the customer support number approximately 2 hours after the scheduled departure time. Despite the delay, I was informed that the bus should still be en route, and I was advised to wait patiently. Unfortunately, due to the apparent delays, it became evident that we would not be able to make the transfer bus in *******. When I inquired about missing the second bus, the customer support representative mentioned a possibility of putting us on the next bus, scheduled 12 hours later. However, there was no guarantee that we could secure seats on that bus and nothing she could do until we had already missed the bus.Approximately 15 minutes later, I received an updated bus ticket that had changed tonight's tickets to a general open ticket. Based on this, my understanding was that the bus was not coming that night and we were not longer scheduled to be on the next bus either.I also want to highlight that I consider myself fortunate that the bus did not pick me up from my point of origin, as they would have left me stranded at any other location and told me try again later. This incident has raised serious concerns about the reliability and safety of Tornado Bus Company's services.In addition, I must express that open ticket vouchers, offered as a resolution, are rendered worthless when the company has already demonstrated their inability to fulfill scheduled services. This experience has undermined my confidence in the reliability of such arrangements and further emphasizes the need for a more concrete and dependable solution.

      I purchased a bus ticket with the company on 11/21 to travel on 12/22 @ 12:00am. I arrive at the bus station on 12/21/23 @ 10:55pm and wait for 3 hours and the bus never shows. When I call customer service they state the bus left 12/21/23 @ 9:51pm. I was never notified of a departure change. There was one bus when I arrived and the bus driver checked my ticket and told me that wasnt my bus. The company refused to refund the fare. They refused to escalate the issue.

      They lost my luggage wile I was traveling with them,I have call them many times and they don't know what happened with my luggage nor offer me a remuneration but I want my luggage no remuneration thanks
