            I had everlights installed on my house in dec 2022 and i had paid **** dollars for the equipment and service. These lights worked for few weeks and had issues with the brightness or sometimes wont turn off or turn on. Raised a complaint in jan and the dealership tried to fix in jan by adding another power supply and removing the caps so that it would be brighter. All these changes were done after calling the dealer multiple times multiple text messages multiple troubleshooting. It worked for few weeks and the problem started in feb 2nd week again. Now the setup is down and the light's or app or base station dies not even work. Raised the complaint again in feb and still they havent even started the troubleshooting. There has no communication or response on when the fix will be provided.I need bbb to raise the issue with the everlights higher management and provide resolution of compensating my ****$ i paid for the service. They never worked properly for a week straight from December. The lights being used or the dealers or installation are not trustworthy for spend that much of hard earned amount. I also need resolution to remove the installation and compensate for all the holes that are drilled into the roof for the lights that never worked. If possible bb to take civil action on everlights for misrepresenting information to consumers

            We are the EverLights branch office in DFW.  This states in the complaint that it was a dealer and not **.  As such, this complaint belongs with the dealer.  I can send to EverLights HQ, but will need to know the name of the dealer the customer purchased from to see if HQ can put pressure on the dealer.
