              I wish they had zero stars. My fiance got a letter from NCAC about a storage unit he never had. When he called today and spoke to ************************* she was so rude and u professional. He had he's phone on speakerphone and I heard the way she talked to him. She started to give him information and he was writing it down and as soon as he asked her to repeat she went off. Started telling him he had a attitude and cutting her off and how it wasn't her fault. He remained calm and asked her some more questions and she got a attitude again! At that point I told him to ask for a supervisor and he did and she wanted none of that and that's when I stepped in. I asked for the supervisor and she said I wasn't on the account and hung up. The info she did give him was wrong. I found the business that it was about and straightened it out myself with no help from her. She was a complete b****
