On 02/24/2024 I placed an order for my husband ********************* CDCR_California State Prison Centinela order #ECA7190074. My order was invoiced on 02/26/2024. I called on 03/03/2024 to inquired about the status of my order at which time I was informed it was delivered to the facility on 02/29/2024, I was told to give it a week to be delivered to my husband. I called Union Supply Direct on 03/11/2024 checking the status again at which time I was told he had not been signed for it but was at the facilities warehouse. I was provided #INV8796423 and was told to give this number to the warehouse to help locate the package. After calling the prisons warehouse and providing both order number and INV number, I was told it was not in the prison. I have since called Union Supply an additional 4 times and have been given no resolution. A grievance was filed by my husband on 04/01/2024 at which time the ******* stated he called Union and informed them the package was not in the facility. I have been given no refund or offered to have my order reshipped. I am looking to have my money refunded so that I can place my order with a different company and my husband can receive his products.
