    On March 29, 2021, Gregory ****** provided a contract for replacing baseboards and fixing a window leak at my residence in Lancaster, TX. Mr. ****** was provided a check for the materials and for the job. Mr. ****** was to start working on April 2, 2021 and he was a no call no show. He avoided all calls until a police report was filed on April 11, 2021. Mr. ****** lied to police about the details and I provided a copy of the contract. After several attempts to get a refund from Mr. ******, I filled a small claims case on April 16th, which Mr. ****** never answered the subpoena. I then contacted the Lancaster PD detective and a Federal warrant was submitted for prosecution. Mr. ****** has never answered or attempted to refund my money.

    We met Greg U***** Monday, August 1, 2022 through TJ, another business acquaintance. He promised to upgrade the bathroom and get things fixed quickly. He requested funds upfront to purchase the bathtub and window fixtures. I gave him a check for $3250 which he promptly cashed at my bank. we set a start date of August 3, 2022. As in the other complaints I read; it has been excuse after excuse as to why he not started the project. He couldn't complete another job due to inspection problems, he could not get the permit from the city for this project, he ordered the wrong size bathtub, the bathtub vendor would not return the check, he had to wait for the check he got from the vendor to process through his bank, he couldn't get the cashier's check and finally, August 16, 2022, something about his mom. These are the series of reasons (excuses/lies) I have endured so far. Why has the BBB not fined, shutdown and disbanded his company? He is a predator, preying on the elderly in the black community in South Dallas. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SHADY FELLOWS. CAVEAT EMPTOR!!! CUSTOMER BE WARE. Nevertheless, vengeance is mine saith the Lord. And it is so.
