      company has failed to report correct and accurace information to the credit bururus, accourding to IRS tax code if a debt is charged off over $600 a 1099c must be filed and i have not been sent this

      To Whom it may concern,This letter is to inform you that I recently received a copy of my credit report that your company publishes and after reviewing it I found a number of items on the report that are inaccurate. The accounts in question are listed below. Please send me copies of the documents that you have in your files as of this date that you used to verify the accuracy of the accounts listed below. SANTANDER ACCT #: *************** BAL. $17,106.00 Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. 1681g I have the right to demand that you disclose to me all of the documents that you have recorded and retained in your file at the time of this request concerning the accounts that you are reporting in my credit report. Please dont respond to my request by saying that these accounts have been verified. Send me copies of the documents that you have in your files that were used to verify them. If you do not have any documentation in your files to verify the accuracy of these disputed accounts then please delete them immediately as required under Section 611(a)(5)(A)(i). By publishing these inaccurate and unverified items on my credit report and distributing them to 3rd parties you are damaging my reputation and credit worthiness.

      Santander Consumer, sent me a letter and now stating they are collecting attorneys fees in addition to late fees per section 6-21.2 for North Carolina General statues. Which this is not allowed because we did not go to court and no contract was signed.

      I am rejecting this response because:  that is not what the letter said. The letter said you were going to an attorney and I would have to pay attorney fees. Now you are lying about a beat up piece of junk car that is overpriced. Not even worth $5000 cause I did try to get it trade in so I wouldnt have to deal with this shady business.

      I am rejecting this response because:   Santander consumer USA is debt collector,  they are not the original owner of this debt I am requesting the purchase agreement with my signature that I owe Santander consumer USA for this debt. If they cannot provide me with the purchase agreement with my signature I demand this be removed from credit report.

      Santander received the total lost check from group1auto back in November. I am not liable for this debt with Santander. they have not sent me communications with group1auto as I requested.

      Ive sent a insurance check over to them in order to get my car fixed from a body shop and they refuse to send the money to the body shop and i cant get my car back unless they pay the body shop and Ive been without a car for 2 weeks and the body shop already sent over everything consumer asked for and they still dont want to send the money over after calling and emailing numerous times since last MONTH

      I am wrighting in regards to discrimination against myself this company is reporting inaccurate information on my credit report one company gave one company my information and that company is trying to collect I know Any person who obtains a consumer report from a consumer reporting agency under false pretenses or knowingly without a permissible purpose shall be liable to the consumer reporting agency for actual damages sustained by the consumer reporting agency or $1,000, whichever is greater under code 15 U.S.C. 1681 is a section of the U.S. Code that governs access to consumer credit report records and promotes accuracy, fairness, and the privacy of personal information the death cant be verified I would like to see the contract as well if account isnt removed
