I am writing to inform you of another fraudulent account that has been opened in my name with Santander. I am a victim of identity theft and did not authorize the opening of this account. Since November of 2024 I have requested the proper paperwork to register my vehicle I have financed with them in the state of *******. I have faxed two request from the Cascade County Treasury requesting the title being sent to the treasury along with multiple phone calls to Santanders ***************** Each phone resulted in being told the paperwork will be sent within 7 to 10 business days. February 24, *************************************************************** they dont have the title. I have previously registered the vehicle in the state of ******* and then in the state of ********* and never had an issue until now. Currently every attempt to register my vehicle has been a fail dealing with this company. All I need is them to send the proper paperwork to the Cascade County Treasury so that my vehicle can be registered.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: if its charged off and they wrote it off as a loss where is my 1099 C I never received one this become taxable income to me per irs manual guide. And I want I copy of the check that was use to fund this transaction that had there name on it to get the credits for this transaction from the time I gave my social security number and signature this was my security that funded the transaction *** fraud was committed I never consent for my security to be sold on secondary market I never was disclosed that my security would be sold or that I funded this transaction from the application I signed and sold back to me thats deception I revoke all rights they had and claim my title rights and interest in this transaction.Initial Complaint
