    I entered a contest for them about a month ago. I received a text today stating that my cat won, and will be featured in the calendar. When I went to the website without using the link they sent, the photos were different from the ones in the link.The link leads to a personalized version of the calendar, where they use the picture you entered. They also claim it is half off, even though the original price is $45 and the new price is $29. They never tell you you are getting a personalized version. They advertise it as if everyone will get the same exact calendar. It's not even a good personalization. They put no effort into putting the picture in at all. And they only allow one photo. If I wanted a personalized calendar of my cat, all of the pictures should be of him.

    Although we do not offer a fully custom calendar we do work hard on the section of it that is customer. If the calendar is not something you're a fan of we also offer multiple other items that can be customized. We encourage you to visit our online store.

    I have reviewed the business response and accept this resolution. Thanks for the response. I do not wish to view your other products.But I am glad for a confirmation that they don't have what I am looking for. Maybe the photo I chose wasn't the best, as it was in portrait instead of landscape. It looked out of place. But that is fine. I hope you have happy customers in the future.

    I ordered two sets of car coasters. A week after they said delivered in or at mailbox. I checked and there was nothing. I checked around the mailbox and around the property and nothing. It says delivered March 28. I tried contacting customer service through the email provided and have not received a response.

    The initial contact for the issue was through a chat box on our website. ******** responded and let the customer know someone would be getting in contact with them. Which is accurate. 

    As a company we received the order, fulfilled it fully and correctly and mailed it to the customer provided mailing address. The item was marked delivered by the mailing service. We do not feel like this is a justified complaint. 

    Additionally, this customer has shipping protection on their order and will get a free replacement regardless once helped by an agent.

    I was contacted by this company to enter my Cat for a Calendar contest. After I was told he was selected I was asked purchase a calendar. I bought four calendars supposedly at a discount. When I receive the calendars, my cat is nowhere to be found in any of the four calendars. Theres actually a dog in the place where my cat should be in a cat calendar at that. Also, they grossly overcharged me for calendars. I have tried to email them multiple times with no reply. I feel like Ive been scammed and to believe my cat was chosen so they can sell me a bogus calendar.

    I received an email letting me know my cat ******* ******** ********* ****** was chosen for the month of November. I see many complaints and many saying its a scam but if my cat can be in a calendar even if Im the only one to get said calendar, I will take it. I am going to order it soon. So I guess this is not really a complaint.

    I order a $30 calender from them after my cat was chosen to appear in it. Once I recieved the calender I found out my cat was not in the calender after they showed he was in it. It says 100% money back guaranteed and they wont give me a refund.

    Ordered 1 calendar and 1 mug. After checking on my credit card, I see 3 orders. Twice my credit card was hit by Paw Prints for .00 amount.

    April 5th- Initial purchase was authorized for a total of $68.06. There was a tax adjustment due to the location of the buyer and the Tax amount was updated from $5.13 USD to $5.19 USD.

    Also on April 5th the original authorization was voided. The new total of $68.12 USD was authorized via Shop Pay at 4:55pm. Then, the capture took place for the some total and 4:55pm

    This customer was having a hard time understanding that the initial authorization was voided, the second authorization was simply just an authorization of the correct amount and the third item was a capture which is the only time anything is withdrawn from an account. 

    The customer emailed requesting a cancelation. The agent honored the request and refunded the total amount. The amount of $68.12 was deducted from our system and refunded on April 7th.

    March 16th 2025 transaction date Order #****** $24.99 $5.95 shipping Total $30.94 I was told my dog would be featured in the calendar as the May 2025 photo. In place of the photo was a fundraising appeal page. No photo of my dog. I attempted to reach them via website chat and email to support. I was scammed and am so annoyed.

    These accusations are partially correct. The page in the middle of the calendar is not an advertisement page, it is an out of order calendar and the back page was printed in the wrong spot.

    I received a text message saying that my dog was selected to be in their calendar after a submission. The business makes you believe that your photo is being submitted and selected exclusively. Ultimately, I learned today after reading reviews that this is just away for them to get you to buy their calendar. I knew something was up when I was informed that he was selected, and then prompted a special link to make a purchase of the calendar, which I thought was odd if he was selected. I then tried to search for the calendar without using the link and all that I see is the ability to submit a picture of your pet, not purchase these calendars, although they claim they are releasing multiple calendars. If this is the case, why are they not available for purchase by anyone not just the person who submitted the picture? I would like to see on the website where I could purchase the multiple calendars that youre releasing.

    Thank you for your feedback. If I may, I would like to take this opportunity to clarify our calendar release process.


    We do produce more than one calendar each year. However, it's important to note that not every submitted photo of a dog or cat will be included. Due to our commitment to maintaining high print standards, we must unfortunately reject a significant number of images that do not meet these criteria. We believe in delivering only the highest quality products.


    When we do receive images that align with our standards, we strive to feature those beloved pets in our calendars whenever possible. As a business dedicated to raising funds for shelter animals, it is in our best interest to create multiple calendars to support our mission. You can read all about our 2024 and some of our 2025 contributions from sales on our website here.


    If our previous communications gave the impression that we only release a single calendar as part of the process, I sincerely apologize. Misleading our participants is never our intention.
    I truly value your feedback and will take it into consideration as we evaluate how we present our process moving forward. As a small, family-operated business, we are continually learning and seeking to improve, and your insights are greatly appreciated.

    Additionally, we do not post calendars for sale on our website as we had people ordering the wrong calendars and this was the best way to alleviate that issue.

    I have reviewed the business response and accept this resolution. Thank you for the explanation and apology. Im sure you can understand my embarrassment when I was reaching out to my entire family asking them to buy this calendar only to find out that none of them could purchase. I then did a little research and saw that there were similar complaints, which made me realize that ***** was not exclusively selected for your calendars. Clearly, I am not the only person who has misunderstood how this process works, and appreciate the fact that you acknowledge that there may be room for change to this business practice.

    I entered my cat in a calendar and I have received a text that my cat won and was going to be in the calendar and I received my calendar today and my cat is no where in the calendar below you will see the proof of my cat winning

    We have responded to this customer's email to provide a corrected replacement. This customer's order encountered the same technical issue that result in quite a few orders being mixed up. 

    Additionally, the emails sent were over the weekend. We were able to reach the ticket as fast as possible.
