      On July ******* I placed an order for 2 calenders. The order was supposed to be shipped within 5 business days,and it did say some orders could take up to 7 business days to ship. After the 7 days I started emailing the company asking where my order was and why it hadn't been fulfilled. I sent at least 10 emails and only got the same computer generated response about how it may take up to 7 business days. In one of my emails I told the company I was contacting the BBB, still the same response. I want what I ordered or the money back. Companies should not be able to do this to customers.

      My order came in the mail this afternoon from the paw print. I will need to retract my complaint as they did fulfill my order. I only wish they had communicated with me more clearly on this matter. Thank you for your time.

      I ordered for of these wall calendars for friends and family but when they arrived I realized there is no hole to hang these on the wall so they are basically useless for their intended purpose. I contacted the company multiple times and have never received a response. I looked them up and there of loads of people saying they are a scammy company. Although I received a product from them their lack of response to their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee does make them appear to be scammy. I would definitely not trust buying from them again. I just wanted to return my unusable calendars.

      We're very sorry about the delay in email response - we've experienced exponential growth and haven't been able to staff up our support team sufficiently. That's not an excuse for the experience you had, it's still unacceptable, just an explanation for what happened. We're sorry that you are unhappy with your purchase. I've refunded your order in full. There's no need to return the items. You should see the refund of $50.94 to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

      On April 28, 2024 I ordered 2 calendars that featured my cat ****** after receiving either a text or email about submitting a picture of my cat to see if my pet could be featured in their calendar. Well, he was picked and on April 28th is when I bought my calendars and on the 29th, the funds of $71.37 was taken from my account. I usually do PayPal as I have a way to dispute, but for whatever reason I did not go that route. I have emailed them a total of 3 times and today being the latest. I have not heard a word from them. I do not have record of my order number. My address is: *********************************** and it also the shipping address. I want my calendars and it would be nice to actually get to hear from the company. I would prefer my calendars as one is a gift for a friend who fostered ****** and then we adopted him.

      First of all, I'd like to apologize. Your order got lost in our system and the puzzle was not sent to our fulfillment center. We do have a team that looks into these types of issues but they've been backlogged a bit and haven't gotten to yours yet. I went ahead and submitted this order to the fulfillment center just now. I can of course cancel that request and process your refund instead if that's what you'd prefer. Please just respond here with whichever resolution you prefer.

      Scamming people!!! I was sent a link to enter my kitty into a calendar contest and was told my cat won the month of August for the calendar and that if I wanted a calendar I would need to purchase one, before making a purchase I did research and found out that anyone who entered the contest last month was told their cat won for the month of August while all the other pictures remained the same since they were ****** stock photos, so they are sending out links for a contest but in all reality they just tell you your pet won so you can buy the very expensive calendar, with that being said they claim to send their profits to help feed animals, I would personally like this looked into as if theyre lying about something as simple as a calendar contest then they could be lying about where their money is actually going

      We do indeed release more than one calendar. I want to be clear though that not every dog or cat makes it into one of our calendars. In fact, we have to reject a very large number of images because they don't meet our print standards. We will not release a low quality product. That being said, if an image does meet our high quality standards, we do try to release a calendar with those pets in them if we can. Again, our business raises money to feed animals in shelters so it's in the best interest of our mission to release more than 1 calendar. If we in any way mislead you by thinking that we only release 1 single calendar as part of a contest, I personally apologize. We never intend to mislead anyone.

      We do in fact donate money to shelters, food banks, and other people and pets in need. We post our receipts (to the best of our ability) on our website. We invite you to click through some of the links on this page and see for yourself the proof of our donations. We kindly ask that for the links that don't show a direct receipt that you refrain from contacting or harassing these recipients as many of them are just normal folks like yourself who found themselves in need at a moment in their lives and we want to do our best to respect their privacy. However many of those links show the donation history right on the page, take a look for yourself: **********************************************************************

      I was told that my cat would be featured in the 2024 Calendar. I bought 5 calendars. On June 1st 2024, I only received 1 calendar even though the tracking said 5. I reached out to the company for support, or refund for the calendars that I did not receive. No response. I spent $116 on something that I never received. Scam.

      Have been trying to get a return label from this company and they have ignored my request. Order no. ***** I thought this was a contest and come to find out they put every picture that they receive on a calendar. I only have 30 days to return and have had the calendars for a week now.

      Order a Calendar with my dog in it from The Paw Print on ******** on 4/28/2024 They took $30.94 from my account on following day! Sent tracking # . But **** said they created a shipping lable on May 8th! But never sent them the Calendars !Still no Calendar, sent several emails to them with no response. And tried calling them ,# hangs up on you!Then get an email/ text Monday May 13th saying order your Calendar now for only $15.00 flash sale Already paid $30.94 never received it They do not respond to my emails ect .I just want this issue resolved please help thank you ,Sincerely *******************
