  I purchased a cat calendar, supposedly with my cat picture on for June 2025 I had put in a change of address with the paw print and they did not change it. They sent it to my old address. I had to track it down the post office could not find it so I dont think it was even sent. The tracking said that it was delivered, but it wasnt delivered to me at my current address. It apparently went to my old address and when I called the apartment at my old address, they said they hadnt received anything so I just canceled the transaction with my bank. I want to re-order for a new calendar, but after reading some of the complaints about their cats not showing up in the calendar I dont know if Im going to do that now this is so frustrating. It makes me sick that a company like this scams on people. Its just ridiculous and theyre doing it for the good of animals?

  Yes, there was an error in the shipping address correction. However, we have acknowledged the issue and you have been in a continuous conversation with an agent in the hopes of making this right. We had no issue resending you a replacement package.

  Complete scam!! Claimed my cat was a winner. After ordering, I find out that every animal is a "winner". It's simply a scam to sell calendars. I immediately requested that my order be canceled via email, they said they would. Then I get an email days later they shipped it!! And charged me. Currently trying to dispute the charge with my cc company. Most of these people don't even get the correct calendar. There's no way to actually get in touch with a human. Do not order from them!!!

  We want to emphasize that we do not label any pet as a winner, nor do we run a contest. Our goal is simply to give pet owners the opportunity to feature their pets in a calendar. You wont find language suggesting competition or rankings in any of our advertising.

  In regard to your order, it was not canceled because we did not receive a confirmation to proceed with the cancellation. Our system requires a direct response to verify cancellations, and unfortunately, that step was not completed on your end.

  I submitted my cat's photo and was sent a link to buy the calendar, I received what was advertised and I was satisfied. My mom also was able to go on the website and purchase my calendar. I am aware that most photos submitted are selected and more than one calendar is created and that my cat was not only 1 of a few selected, I got what was expected and I have a cute calendar that has my cat on one of the months. What people need to focus on is that they get to enjoy their pet being in a calendar or on another item and that they are supporting a cause.

  It's been nearly a month since I placed my order, and it's still sitting in pre-shipment even though I got an email saying it shipped. When I emailed customer support last week, they failed to respond. Not only that, but it's only now that I'm discovering how shady their business practices are and how often they fail to take responsibility. Terrible business.

  We do apologize. The email you mentioned was not handed over to an agent due to it being marked as spam. 

  We have issued a refund. We do not have control of our packages once they're dropped off at **** but have no issue taking responsibility for something that needs to be replaced or refunded.

  I was contacted by a text message email that my cat was being shown in their current calendar that she was going to be January 2026 so I immediately got excited contacted my daughter purchase two calendars and upon arrival of said calendar my cat was nowhere to be found I have reached out to this company three times maybe four in an email asking for answers and resolution to this issue I basically am wanting a refund or and or an answer as to why they lie basically and are not forward with being honest I dont have a problem donating money to help animals, but I feel like this is a tricky way for them to get the money Im hoping that they will respond to this because theyve not responded to anything else Ive sent them And I just want other people to be warned that they do not put your animal in the calendar as they state they are their wording needs to be changed and they do not need to send a product out, showing your animal in the calendar to get you to buy it so I would like a full refund and as I stated earlier by putting this on blast here theyll respond to me and I will get my $60 back that way I can donate it to a worthy cause here in my area

  Hello, two things could have happened with your order. You could have simply received the wrong calendar or your order may have experienced an error. We were not dishonest and if you were informed that your pet was to be featured in a calendar they're indeed in a calendar.

  We will follow up via email along with this response to see how this customer would like to move forward. We can provide a corrected replacement or issue a refund for this order.

  I saw a random ad online and decided to submit my cat. Later I got a text stating my photo was selected and my cat would be featured in a calendar. I now see where this is pretty common and just about every single photo submitted is a winner.I spent $85.99 on a 4-pack of calendars on March 14, 2025 with an estimated delivery of March *****, 2025. As of today, March 30, 2025, I still have not received anything. I sent an email back to their support on March 27, 2025 to which I received no response. When looking at the tracking, it shows that **** still has not received anything to ship. I sent a new email today telling them Id like a full refund of my money. Waiting for a response. If no response, I will dispute charge with bank.

  There was an error with this order. We emailed the customer to not only make them aware but to also request additional information. The customer acknowledged and responded to the email and provided the information. This resulted in a slight delay. This all took place 3/14 to 3/17. The order shipped on 3/19. However, I do see that the package has not moved since being dropped of at ****. So, I have issued a replacement for this order at no cost to the customer of course. 

  In instances like this we have completed our task by fulfilling the order. We were not aware there was a delay with ****. We will work to make the issue right though regardless.

  DO NOT BUY CALENDARS FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They tell you your pet was chosen to be in their calendar AND IT IS NOT AND WILL NOT!!! ITS A SCAM. AND THE MONEY IS NOT USED FOR DONATIONS!!!! Beware beware beware. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

  They offered a contest under ************** , saying top runners up in groups win toys fd and $ , the grand winner wins $10.000. And runner ups are in 2 magazine covers , ect , never got anything sayd my pet was 9th , started getting offers to buy a calender that my pet was chosen to be in for $40.00. , and all the $ they get for that goes to rescue centers for pets , and they charge for people to vote on your pet ,each mo , scamming everyone.

  This customer is not reviewing the correct company. We do not advertise with America's favorite pet or anything of that sort. We do not offer any type of prize money. We do not hold a contest. We do not sell magazines. 

  However, we do give owners an opportunity to feature their pet in our calendar if they're selected to do so. This does not include any type of pet photo ranking. We also do donate funds to animals, owners and shelters in need.

  If I could give less than one star I would. My cat Toulouse is my baby. How do you think I felt when I got my calendar and he wasnt October like they showed. How *** is this company that they cant send the calendar with your baby in it? What a lie !!! I was messaged that he would be October and I saw his picture in it??? I will never donate again. Super upset cat mom!!!!!
