      The courtier said they attempted to deliver my package twice, the package was never attempted. No knock on my door, nothing. The excuse I was given was there was an access code. There is no access code, and in fact none of my neighbors do either. In ********** ********** this has happened numerous times see: ******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************* There are at least 100 people with similar messages. They were lied to about an attempted delivery! Clearly nothing has been done about this failure of a delivery service.

      I placed two different orders from Aerie within the past week and have had issues with both orders. Both ordered were marked as delivered when they were not delivered to my address. The first order was marked as delivered the day before I received it. A blurry picture of the package only was included the day before it was received under proof of delivery. It appears to have been delivered to a different address and the recipients of my package were kind enough to drop it at my house. The second package was marked as delivered and again has a blurry photo under proof of delivery. The photo again is of a package only with no background to tell where it was delivered. This package is still missing. When I reached out to the company they said it was delivered and I had to fill out another report to get the matter addressed. I have yet to hear back. When looking into the company to see if others have had similar issues, it appears this is a very common issue. Almost all of the companies reviews are negative with many having issues with lost and missing packages or packages delivered to the wrong address. This company needs to be investigated for fraudulent activity and shut down for their negligence and incompetence delivering packages.

      Ordered a bathroom vanity in August. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday and it hasnt arrived yet. I am waiting on that vanity to get my ** the first won came damaged this is the second one. Cant find any one to check on my delivery.

      Items were ordered with a retail business which contracted T Force for their logistics services. My package was claimed to have been delivered to my front door however it was never received. Upon escalating the matter, I was provided with an image of proof of delivery. The image displayed the package being delivered to a garage and has since gone missing. T force is refusing to take responsibility or honor my request to escalate. They have advised escalating the matter with the sender in which case the sender is providing the same information as the courier. This does not lead to a resolution. The value of the contents was $218.62USD.

      I ordered a package from Lucky vitamin and T Force suppose to deliver it in **********. They never did and the next day they returned to sender in **. They had my phone number and the buzz code was on file as well. I called them and they lied they tried 3 times but i have the tracking and it only shows one delivery attempt where nobody buzz my suite or bother to call my number. This is the worst courier company to work with. Stay away from these liars.

      I placed 2 web orders on the same day with ************. I received 1 order but did not receive the other. I called **** and they told me that according to the shipping company TForce, all of the items/parcels were delivered. They asked that I contact TForce so I did. I explained to TForce's Customer Service Rep that one of my 2 parcels was not received (tracking #TXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX). So they emailed me a picture of a small box on my porch saying that #TXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX WAS delivered. I told them that the parcel in the picture was #TXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX not #TXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. I thought they got their pictures mixed up so I asked them to send me proof of delivery of the second parcel. They then sent me the same form letter with the same picture of the same small box. So now I have 2 separate emails- one with the tracking number of the parcel that I received and one with the parcel that I did NOT receive with the same picture of the small box. Both emails say:"Greetings from TForce Logistics ! We apologize for the inconvenience caused, however looking at the status we would like to inform you that the package has been delivered.Please find the photo attached below. (picture) In case the attached picture is not for your delivery location, please raise a new support ticket and we will investigate further. And if you see the location is yours, but you are still not able to find the package, we will request you to get in touch with the Sender and they will let you know the next course of action. For any further queries, request you to submit a New Query on https://www.tforcelogistics.com/"I truly have never encountered such awful customer service in my life- never. I know I will never receive the missing dress or the $30 I paid for it. But I will never shop at ************ again nor will I ever use TForce Logistics.

      I ordered a desk from OfficeDepot on 06/19/2022. It was supposed to be delivered by 06/22/2022 from TForce Logistics. I stayed home all day and never received it. I called the company and they couldn't get a hold of the driver. I waited all day 06/23/2022 and still didn't receive it. I called the company and they said they couldn't get a hold of the driver. I called again today and they said that it was undeliverable because no one was home. That is a blatant lie. I never left my home. I called 06/24/2022 and they can't get a hold of the driver and told that it still won't be delivered. Every time I talked to someone they said they would call me back but never did. I called OfficeDepot to see if I can pick it up from the store and they said I would have to purchase it again. I don't know what to do at this point. TForce has been lying to me for 3 days. They can't get a hold of their drivers and they never call back when they say they will.

      I was supposed to receive a $15,000 pinball machine yesterday. I live in IL. The delivery was to Douglas MI. I was told I would receive a phone call ahead of time. I came up to MI Wednesday night and was available and waiting from 7am to 7pm. No delivery, no calls, no contact whatsoever. I have no idea where my machine is. The manager is Emily O*****.

      I had placed a merchandise order through American Eagle Outfitters on January 2, 2022. The package ended up being shipped through the company in this complaint. I had put in to have the package delivered to my work address at 8314 Pulaski Highway, as I knew I would be there when the package would be delivered. I received notification on January 5, 2022 that my package was delivered, however it was no where in site and I even asked co-workers if anyone had dropped off a package. I got in contact with the shipper first and since they had correctly sent the package out, they recommended I reach out to the shipping company. My first e-mail to them was on January 18, 2022 and I received a reply the following day with a picture of a location that is not my location and was told that if it wasn't correct, to open another ticket. I did as instructed on that same day, January 19, and never heard anything back. I have since that time, written several e-mails requesting a response from them as I do not have the merchandise and since the package was shipped correctly by the merchant, they will not refund. I am extremely upset as we are now going on almost 3 weeks since the first e-mail and there has been no response from the shipping company nor a resolution. The only responses I receive from the shipping company are automatic e-mails letting me know that my e-mail has been received. I am adding a picture that they sent me showing the location the package was dropped off at which is not my location. 8314 Pulaski Highway is the M&T Bank and has been for over 30 years.
