      I was refereed to Associates in PIE and fourtanantly I checked with my insurance first and they are not part of my plan. Mint dentistry is my PPO so why are they refereeing me out of network. Also if Mint has orthodontist why am I being refereed out of network. I also clicked on contact us and the page won't open.

      Absolutely appalled by this business. I brought my brother, who was visiting from overseas about 3 years ago to their ********* location. He had broken a tooth and was in pain. Their dentists were rude and inattentive. They some how made us register to their annual membership program even though my brother was a tourist and would not need such a service. This was an absolute pain to cancel. The customer service is non-existent, and they do everything in their power not to cancel the subscription. On top of this, they spammed my email and calls by calling me up to 10 times a day. It took multiple calls even to get off their scam list. The final nail in the coffin is that they just sent me a bill for a service that was supposed to be cancelled over 2 years ago. Stay away from this business, absolutely no morals, no quality.

      Staff is personable but think it is ok for patients to wait an hour or more before seen. They do not call when they are running behind. Will change the appointment time in the computer to make it seem like everything is on time. Staff also said things like insurance wont pay for exam or cleaning if X-rays are not done. And they will not do the cleaning of X-rays are not done. This is not true. I will not go back. Mint would be best served to focus more energy on ensuring patients are seen on time than on providing sunglasses and chapstick.

      Good morning Im a patient of ************** at *************************************. I completed my orthodontist treatment. Everything was done in preparation for my crown. My crown was picked and ordered; the crown was to be in the office on 5/6/2024 my appointment was for 3:15 pm that day. I confirmed my appointment arrived on time, and waited for an hour to be told that my crown wasnt there. No one from the office called me before I took off early from work, traveled the distance to get to the office, and waited to reschedule. Mint did refund $100.00 only because I mentioned if I showed up for the appointment, I would have been charged $50.00. So that was when $100.00 was offered.I called today 6/20/2024 around 10 am to find out my crown has been in the office since 6/14/2024. When asked why I wasnt notified I was told because ************** needed to do a quality check and he will not be in the office until next week. Yet an appointment was scheduled for me to come in on 6/25/2024 at 3:15 pm (again). I found out that I could have had a temporary crown put in. But that was never offered to me. My teeth have started to separate because of the missing side tooth not being there. Almost all my braces have also been removed. I spend a lot of money on my mouth and my crown has been paid in full, but I have no temporary or permanent crown.In addition to the service I havent received, I hear the commercials and I have never been offered any of the items you mentioned. IPADS for emails, headphones, massage chairs the only thing I received is the sunglasses. You cant enjoy the ** because the other patient's ** is loud so you cant hear the show you are watching.The service I receive has been unsatisfactory to me.       I have been going to my location for over a year and have never had issues when it comes to routine cleaning. However, I have been waiting for over two months for my Invisalign to come in, which means I have been on my last tray for more than the previously mentioned time frame. I had my appointment to pick up my trays on May 8th (it is currently June 6th) but they informed me that it was not delivered as I was driving 30 minutes to the location, about 15 minutes before my actual appointment. I have now been passed off to three different people that have all given their apologies and promises to follow up, and some even mentioned that the manager would follow up. At this point someone should have communicated to me what is going on since it is my treatment plan. There has been zero communication, zero accountability and zero professionalism. What kind of business allows for their medical clients to sit in the dark on what to do next. At the minimum, I should be told if this is something even worth pursuing or if we should just fit for retainers - because as Ill mention again, I am still using the same Invisalign tray from March that was supposed to be my third to last tray.

      I will never go back to Mint Dentistry, especially not to the ******** location. As a first-time customer, I thought this would be a good place for my dental needs, but it turned out to be a terrible choice. I went in expecting a regular annual cleaning, but instead, I was told I had multiple cavities and needed a root canal. They suggested a crown, but they never even cleaned my teeth before the procedure.One of the doctors took an excruciating 4.5 hours to do fillings on one side and a crown on the top, which left my jaw locked up. I couldn't open my mouth for two days due to the pain. When I returned weeks later for work on the other side, I still didn't receive a cleaning or even a welcome kit as a new patient. Despite telling the doctor that something felt wrong with my crown, she insisted everything was fine. However, I still have trouble eating on my left side.Nine months later, I refused to go back due to the poor service and high charges. My crown eventually fell out while I was brushing my teeth. I quickly made an appointment with my previous dentist, who found through x-rays that the crown and several fillings on the same side had come out. They informed me that the supposed cavities Mint Dentistry diagnosed were actually just plaque. Now, Im on antibiotics because the open hole where the crown was is infected.I am extremely upset that Mint Dentistry has completely messed up my teeth.

      I went to Mint Dentistry, ************, MD location. I had (2) cavities filled. But days later the filling in on tooth ached. Made an appointment for corrective dental work April 24, 2024. The dental assistant did not know how to perform an ex-ray alone without directions from a superior...so I didnt get ex-rayed. The Dentist it was her first day...She did not correct my filling...but proceeded to adjust my Bite. I'm still in pain from the filling!! Then what should have been FREE to correct their previous poor work...I was billed for ex-rays (I never received) and an Office Visit.I Contact their billing department...got forwarded to the patient experience department and now Just Waiting in *****. I will have to find a New Dentist to correct ALL this BAD Dental Work!

      I have been a patient for many years but lately it has been an adventure. I visited this dentist for a routine cleaning a few weeks ago and I was shocked when I received a bill for approximately $250.00 when in the past it had been around $60.00 and there was no explanation for the enormous increase. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone.

      I had an appointment at 4:30 that I was unaware of. I selected 4:40PM online! I never received a reminder email or anything. I make to the office at 4:38 the rude lady at the front tells me theres no grace ****** and I would have to reschedule! I should have asked for the manager. Its Friday afternoon traffic is bad! That lady at the front dont know how far I had to travel! My daughter and I have been going here for years! I will definitely not be returning to this location!

      My appointment was at 9am and two hours later Im still waiting. Little communication. Poor customer service. They need to do better. I genuinely would how much longer this will take. Then the pricing is confusing last visit I got four fills for $111 now this visit Im due for two fills and my company is $121.
