      order was placed may 2nd, card was charged ***** usd, and furniture was supposed to be delivered june 19th. the furniture was never delivered . i never received a call from the company.

      I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent order experience and the subsequent customer service I received. On June 4th, I placed an order with Neiman Marcus. Unfortunately, I accidentally provided the wrong shipping address. Realizing my mistake, I contacted your customer service via online chat within three hours of placing the order to request a cancellation or address correction.The representative assured me that the warehouse had been informed and that the issue was in processing, so the cancellation confirmation might not be immediate. However, he further said, "no worries," which led me to believe that the order could be canceled without any issue. But the second day, June 5th, I received an email stating that the order had been shipped to the incorrect address. I immediately called customer service again to rectify the situation. To my dismay, I was told that nothing could be done, and the representative insinuated that the mistake was entirely my fault before abruptly hanging up on me.Following this, I emailed Neiman Marcus customer service to address the issue. The response I received was not only unhelpful but also contained incorrect information. I was advised to contact the nearby **** post office, despite the fact that the package is being delivered through ****** This indicates that my issue was not thoroughly investigated and further suggests a lack of concern for customer satisfaction.This level of service is unacceptable. Not only was my initial request not properly handled, but I was also treated disrespectfully when seeking further assistance. The order in question is a gift, and shipping it to the wrong address where I have no contacts is causing significant inconvenience and frustration.

      My Name is *********************, Im extremely disappointed in Neiman Marcus store I returned an item April 27th 2024 Im still not getting my refund of my dress, I keep emailing and calling the customer service, no response from them. At this point I would like you to help me to get my dress or my money back. I called the customer service a million time they cant do anything about it, I need your help thank you.

      I received my order in a damaged package (soaking wet packaging) from Bergdorf Goodman, and when I reported it and provided pictures via text, the customer service rep told me , via text, that the box "is fine". I could not believe this is the response from a high-end store, and to me as one of the store's repeat customers. I later followed up by making a phone call to BG in order to formalize an official complaint, and still spoke with a rep that seemed confused and incompetent.

      I see these people are phony because they treated me bad on getting a birthday gift for my wife but I see other complaints so point is proven in future don't shop at Neiman Marcus period!!!!

      We are sorry for any disappointment that *** have been a result of ************** shopping experience.

      Due to the lack of details in ************** review, we reached out to him to try and determine the cause of his concern.

      When speaking with ************** he was not very forthcoming regarding the details of his concern.

      From what we could gather, ************** called on of our stores to inquire about a ********************* dress he wished to purchase for his wifes birthday.

      Earlier that day he had been advised the dress was available in his wifes size.

      However,later that day the dress was no longer available in the correct size.

      While,this is unfortunate, since the dress was not purchased at the time of **************' call, we could not prevent the dress from being sold to another patron.

      Please be assured we make every effort to provide adequate quantities to meet our customers needs.

      i received an EMPTY, tampered with shipment from Neiman Marcus. It is very noticeable in the ***** delivery photo. That the tape is off. NM denied my claim by lying saying is was weighed inthe truck PRIOR to delivery. I called *****, they said the last time it was weighed was 5/14 in **, many states away from me, the day before delivery. They closed my claim, and will not refund me. I have never had an issue before with NM and have been a very Loyal customer. I am disgusted with this.

      I was totally disappointed about the customer service. I purchased some items and was supposed to get 75$ gift card in 4-6 weeks by mail. It has been almost 4 months and havent received a gift card. I contacted customer service and they told me that I didnt applied the promo code. So how I know that I would receive the card in 4-6 weeks? I wish I had the screenshot. It looks like a manupilation.

      I truly don't understand how this company manages to still conduct the business after being so dishonest with costumers.I have mane a purchase on 01/12/24 using promotional code for ************************************ february and was told it would take 2 months to get it.Made another phone call today March 19 and was told that promotional code was not added. How can business survive on making such lies? Spoke to ******************** and was told that they can offer discount for future purchases. They really think I would shop with them again? Disgrace.

      While **************** did make a qualifying purchase during the promotional period, it appears that our customer did not apply the promo code to the order. Our order system only knows to send promotional gift cards to qualifying orders where the promo code is attached.

      As a courtesy, **************** will be sent a virtual gift card to the email address on file in the next 3-5 business days in the amount of $500. The subtotal for the order our customer placed ending in #****, qualified for a $500 gift card.

      We do ask that all of our customer's review their order summary after placing their orders. If a promo code was added to an order online, the promo code will be reflected in the order summary email sent to our customers after their order is placed.

      Bunch of crooks. item was ordered from online catalog never picked up at the store let alone open the item.*******************'s store recharged me for the item after refund was issued. I guess they can not get customers so they recharge on refunds. never go to this store to even ****, the store may tell you its been flushed down the toilet but it will show up at ************** under your name with a charge on your credit card.CROOKS

      **************** is the WORST Ive dealt with!!! Its horrendous trying to resolve anything. I have spoken to a minimum of ten different agents and all give me the same spiel with no resolution. Its clearly out sourced and the most frustrating experience. NM, you need to rethink outsourcing your customer servicethey dont know what theyre doing!!!
