** decided that my password on their web page was wrong. I attempted to rest the password and the link kept taking me back to the front page of the ** website. I contacted customer service and they kept sending me the exact same link that doesnt reset my password but takes me back to the main webpage. **************** refuses to fix this issue. I no longer will be an ** customer. Absolutely awful service. No wonder no one shops there anymore.Neiman Marcus Company

Unbeknownst to me, they charged me $41 without notifying me of the additional shipping fee. The ** wasnt included in my package, customer service took 4 hrs on chat and wouldnt refund my shipping fee, woudnt give me the ** either. Neiman Marcus has discriminated and profiled me upon my initial visit to their store for a return of an ***** ****** purchase I made. The cashier just grabbed my item barely acknowledged me and processed my return, when I asked about my refund she said Ill get it in the form of payment I made. I said I paid with $100 with gift card and rest in credit card which I had earned as reward/promotion for purchase made prior month before. Cashier said, "Youll get refund in form of payment made." I found odd but did not want to question her again and complied. This was right before Christmas 2024. I am still waiting for my refund.First when I contacted them, they said they will Mail me a gift card in 2-4 weeks.. That didnt happen. I contacted them again in late February early March , they said they were sending me a check.. That never happened. Lastly they said my address was incorrect, funnier they said my address was missing a dash and therefore it must have been a mail issue. I am still waiting. NEIMAN Marcus management has not even contacted me. Since writing this review and blasting them on Instagram, they claim check is in the mail, previous checks were being returned to them. LOL... I'm still waiting for the check, and cant wait to hear their next excuse. 0 stars but I had no choice I had to highlight at least one star.Neiman Marcus Company

It is our goal to provide our customers with a seamless shopping/return experience, so hearing that one of our customers did not receive the type of service we strive to offer is genuinely disappointing.
A request for Ms. ****** ******-******* check has been submitted for re-issue as of 3/27. We do ask our customers' to allow at least 30 days for a check reissue request to be processed, mailed, and delivered.
In addition, we have partnered internally with Store Leadership in the location where our customer brought in her return regarding the service concerns.

I made a skincare online purchase in February 2025 with order number and later decided to return the item. Unfortunately, I accidentally shipped the wrong item to the ** refund department. They identified the mistake and returned the item to me via ***** on March 5, 2025. The following day, I brought the correct item to the ** store in ********* for a full refund which refund did process immediately However, I later realized that the item being returned to me via ***** had its shipping address changed. Instead of being sent back to me, it was redirected to the sender, which is **. I called ** multiple times, and they assured me the item would be shipped back to me, but it never was. The item is currently still at the ** ************ almost two weeks have passed and I am soon leaving the ***** I urgently need my item returned.Neiman Marcus Company

1 starI had a deeply disappointing and humiliating experience at the Neiman Marcus store located at *********************************, on March 2nd. The loss prevention officer not only treated me unfairly but also publicly embarrassed me by calling me out of my name and falsely accusing me of being a thief in front of customers and employees. He even instructed staff to watch out for me, which was completely unacceptable and ************* customer should ever be treated this way, especially at a store that prides itself on high-end service. This experience was not only disrespectful but also damaging to my character. Placed order on 12/18/24 with *************** store associate for delivery. The item shipped on 12/21 with ****** 12/23 ***** misdelivered to the wrong home. I called ***** 12/24 about misdelivery, I contacted Bergdorf store associate 12/26 to submit claim for misdelivery. I received voicemail from ************ claim department on 12/26 that claim has been received and I will receive contact back when they get an update from *****. Went to local ***** 12/30 and they sent someone out and failed to retrieve package and I also have proof of misdelivery claim. ***** referred me to BG so they can submit misdelivery claim but according to BG policy they wont allow me to have direct contact to claims department and all emails sent by phone associates and my sales associate has resulted in no calls back. This company has a very poor process for online delivery. I purchased a high ticket item ($2000) which they shipped out by *****. The package was just left on the porch long story short I never received it. When I called customer service for help to inquire theres nothing they can do for me as soon as they leave it they are no longer liable. I have never purchased a high ticket item and not needed to have a signature on delivery! How can it be my responsibility when it was not delivered to me directly. They refuse to help me and resend the item or issue a refund! This is my first and last time purchasing anything from this company.Neiman Marcus Company

They Don't care at all. I purchased my Christmas items Nov 28th 2024 five items went to back order. I read the E-mail they sent stating that the item will actually arrive in 2025 mid Jan. **** no problem, I called them and asked them if everything was okay with the order and I will for sure receive the items. They told me rest assured it is just back order that is why the delivery date is next year. You will receive your items. Great, I have to tell my friends the item is back-ordered and that is fine.. Then yesterday they stated we have cancelled your order because this item is no longer available. I called in and the lady said nothing I can do nothing. **** very rude, I said okay please help me if you cannot then transfer me to some who can help. Transferred then I was explaining my situation to vent out my frustration regarding this and She just kept talking over me. I said excuse me you have been talking over what I am saying. How can you listen if you just talk over me? Then she said this call is over have a nice day and hung up on me. At this point really just replace them with robots. The audacity of the disrespect for purchasing on their website is insane. I pay you and I have to beg you to help me? This is not a feedback this is a complaint. Please stay away from them. BE AWARE! NMs Gift card event can be a scam!Placed an online order with an anniversary coupon NM sent to me. Had my screenshot right before placing the order with application of the coupon code and saying Im still qualifying for a gift card worth $125. Two months later, their gift card department told me my order actually didnt qualify for a gift card since I used a coupon. If they told me the time I placed the order, I would turn to better price choices.Really doubt the reason why they even have a gift card department for customer service, probably due to too many complaints. The girl said they dont even have a manger that I can seek help from.Try your best to avoid this gift card event. Wont do business with them anymore.Shame on NM!Neiman Marcus Company
