      Very POOR customer service. Will NEVER shop here again & will be sure to let everyone I know how bad my experience was.Placed an order for Birkenstocks at the beginning of December. Today they took the money from my account. So I was excited and tracked the package to see when it would arrive. To my surprise it was placed on back order with an arrival date of APRIL!!!! At no time was I contacted to be made aware of the situation and now I am out $170.00 and wont get my money back for 5 business days. So no present under the tree and no money to go buy something else. Their only offer to me was Im sorry for the inconvenience!!!! REALLY???? I call that more than an inconvenience!!! Merry Christmas. Neiman Marcus is HORRIBLE!!!!

      Neiman Marcus has fallen far beyond the founder's intent of luxury and service and it didn't take over a 100 years to get there. From sale to sale, every new Company Owner has succeeded in degrading what they acquired to the point where customers service is a 50/50 chance and their online/app experience has been below industry standard for a too ******* is nearly impossible to access their information without a wifi connection, which is idiotic and inexplicable, while being at that state for at least 5 years. Who is in charge of connectivity? I cannot count the number of sales, this one person, has given up on when not in wifi. Their loss and then some; another's gain, for sure.The final straw to bring to this review is the inability to make a holiday gift order online, with multiple addresses. Come on! A Neiman Marcus staple...The (now) Holiday Catalog (once Christmas) invites us to one stop shop our gift giving list, but how? When it isn't available on line and we get hung up on (or conveniently disconnected?) by 3 in person calls asking to help me make a gift order to separate addresses at 8:30PM CST. Not to mention the past hour of receiving the message "We appreciate your patience, the estimated wait time for the next associate is under 1 minute." on the chat ********* very sad what the many companies that have owned Neiman Marcus have done to a very nice and amazing store!

      Very, very bad shopping experience. Purchased ** ****** Diffusers twice (Jan 2022 & Nov 2024), first time the reeds were completely missing in the box, second time they sent wrong reeds which didn't match the diffuser and didn't work. I let it go the first time, but now again??? That means their inventory management is a disaster and the people handling packaging are irresponsible or even taking out original parts from the box. *****.

      I have placed two separate orders for the same exact thing twice, and BOTH times I received the wrong color. I placed an in-store pickup order for the Chantecaille Luminescent Eye Shade in the shade Mustang. I only ordered this with nothing else purchased. I placed this order November 12, 2024. When I went to pickup my order on November 19, 2024, I discovered that they sent me the eyeshadow in the shade Cheetah. ****, maybe the store messed up...no big deal its fine. I asked for a return and decided that I would get the eyeshadow in the shade Mustang shipped to me instead. I figured that the headquarters/main warehouse might be better equipped to give me the shade that I ordered and not the shade that I did not order. I placed this order November 21, 2024. Well, today, December 1, 2024 I received my Neiman's package. To my surprise, I received Cheetah AGAIN. Clearly confused by why this could possibly happen again (especially considering that this was the ONLY item that I ordered.), I called and talked to someone from customer service. Which did nothing for me except make me more angry. I was told that they sent the wrong shade because it was out of stock on the website. This made no sense because 1) I ordered it twice on the website with no issues and 2) the Cheetah shade was ALSO not listed on the website as of today. How could they not send me the shade Mustang because it is not CURRENTLY on the website, but they can send the shade Cheetah (also not on the website CURRENTLY). I then received a lot of unhelpful suggestions from **************** before they offered to give me a shipping label to return it (wow, thank you so much!). I now have to take time out of my day to correct a mistake Neimans made TWICE. If the shade wasn't available why not cancel the order? Why not tell me its on backorder or unavaible? Very convenient that Neimans would rather steal my money and send me something I DID NOT ORDER and then say somehow it is my fault.

      Hi,Thanks for your response. I completely understand that there is no way that everything will always be 100% accurate. Mistakes happen, which is why I didnt care very much about the first order being wrong. What I dont understand is why my orders werent just cancelled or somebody contacted me about the color not being in stock. Just shipping the color I didnt order and hoping for the best isnt really the best way to do it, in my opinion. But what do I know? Ive taken time out of my day to try and remedy the mistake that was made twice. Thanks for the coupon, but this experience had made it difficult to trust Neimans order fulfillment and makes me nervous to order anything else from the website. Wouldnt want to be sent the wrong item for something again, especially if it was more expensive than a singular eyeshadow. Hope the company and Neimans corporate can learn from this mistake. Hopefully other customers in the future dont get this kind of treatment.

      After years of being an Neiman Marcus card holder and purchasing over $$150,000 annual in the ********** store. I asked to return some unworn merchandise. Which the female department manager said is fine, due to her prior s**** up. When bringing the unworn merchandise back . The store manager told me he will not allow the merchandise to be returned. I ask store manager to call the female department manager to confirm. His reply was NO Im not calling her nor accepting the return. Im her boss he replied .After being a high end customer for many years with ************************ truly felt disgusted, as well as disappointed !!!! Im no longer going to spend my money in any place, where I feel my money isnt respected.. Not to mention, I did have the department female manager personal contact number. This number was given to me prior to her and a mens department employee name ***** , s**** up my Neiman Marcus account for days before, having to rectify it by having to send me a check. The check took almost a month to receive..She has yet to respond or acknowledge my calls after many attempts of calling her.. I also feel like , I was racially discriminated against, where I know as person of color . Other ethnic groups are not treated like this . I also put a complaint in against both store manager and female department manager with Neiman Marcus corporation. I havent heard back from them to date .. Very disappointing and disgruntled customer and card holder. ***, Now I understand why they have filed bankruptcy.. ******** customer service for a repeated customer for years.

But so far on 11/125/24 I haven't received the gift card. and I just called today and they said my order is not eligible! This is ridiculous and complete waste of my time! I can't believe NM will pull such a trick!

      I received a handbag I purchased online from Neiman Marcus, priced at around $3,000, and the quality was appalling. The handbag had faded gold hardware, the leather was scratched, and the dustbag it came in was too small for the bag. Overall, the bag appeared USED.I was very disappointed and appalled by my experience with Neiman Marcus, as they claim to be a luxury company that provides customers with high-quality products and services. The only resolution offered was to return the item, which does not adequately address their poor service. There was no attempt at customer service recovery, nor any acknowledgment of their failure to meet expectations. This has been one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.

      I purchased 2 purses from Neiman Marcus online because they didn't have them in stores. I returned them and used their return label to send back at their specified ***** location. During transit, ***** reprinted the label and placed it on the wrong package (I have proof that this was done). NM received the incorrect items as a result and sent the package back to me. When I took off the label that ***** had reprinted and placed on this package, I discovered they put the label on another package in transit and not my return package (I can verify via the tracking number from the original label on that box!). I even was able to verify that that package never made it to it's destination AND the recipient of this package did in fact order what was in the box. I provided all of this proof to NM and they still refused to refund me! **** asked for video footage of me dropping off my return package. Well, I was able to get that too (the ***** has the footage and they said they can provide to NM but not to me due to privacy issues). Then after I provided them with a direct phone number, NM AGAIN came back saying they cannot refund me because they didn't receive the correct items - not my problem. This is an issue with you providing a shipping label without insurance and you need to follow up with *****. I cannot file a claim with ***** because I did not purchase the label. I provided every.single.thing. you asked for and am honestly shocked at how much proof i was able to provide.This is over $3,000 cash plus $300 in a gift card. I am outraged and will make it my life's mission to get refunded and will certainly never order from NM again.

      Bergdorf Goodman - a complete scam. I ordered a black bikini in July. I tried it on immediately when it arrived, it did not fit, i put it back in the packaging and immediately returned it. It arrived 7/22 and I was never contacted about a refund. I have been reaching out every day since 8/7 asking about the status. I was told it was "under review" at the warehouse for an unknown reason. Finally on 8/14 I was told that they were "pleased to inform me the credit has been issued"...days go by and still no refund. I reach out again and now they say that my return was "used" and arrived with "stains" and is not accepted, and it's being sent back to me. This is completely impossible. It didn't even fit me, how could I have used it? The tags are all still on the items and it was immediately put back into the original packaging. This is the second (AND LAST) time i will ever order from BG, the first time I received a white dress for my elopement that arrived with lipstick and dirt on it, and they were kind enough to accept that return. This is just theft at this point. It was a $400 black bikini that did not fit me and was returned instantly. I deserve my money back.
