    Because I didnt switch banks in time connected to my vault all the money I had on there which was 900 I was told by a agent through a email I have to wait 4-5 weeks to get paid Ive work on and off this app for 2 years never had a problem getting paid until now I have rent I have to pay and I was counting on that money to put toward my rent now I have to find others ways to get money because I didnt get paid and I was told I wont get my funds until I receive a check through the mail is crazy Unprofessional you guys owe me 900 and I cant even get anyone on the phone this app is careless to people I called to talk to representative over 25 time the call always goes to voice mail Ive left for ***** for the past week still havent got a call back just emails that are now helping me I worked a whole week and 2 days and only got paid for 2 days wow

    Hello ******! We are sorry to hear that you had trouble migrating your bank account when we switched banking partners. We did go through great lengths to ensure our Operators had at least 30 days of notice about this migration including weekly emails, in-app notifications, in-app banners in the Vault section of your app, and even calls/text notifications for those Operators that we were unable to reach any other way. We began notifying Operators months before the migration to bring awareness to this big change. While the balance of your account is being sent to you in the form of a check since you did not migrate before the deadline, you are still able to process a new application for our new banking partner and receive any pending payouts to that account. You would have access to this new account and pending payouts within 24 hours of the approved application.
