    They offer positions through various companies you bid on the job and you're accepted you're supposed to be paid the following day. I worked for a company for 5 hours and was never paid. I have contacted them over and over and they say they cannot force the company to pay me

I apologize however hearing back from a business can take some time and the agent will follow back up with you when they receive a response.     This is in response to the 10 days I have to respond. I still have not received any pay or any notification from Veryable. This is bad business. I have every email that I have sent to them and every response they have sent back. These are an email form. How do I send you these emails?

    I had a Vault account, but it was somehow closed. I worked two Ops and was told to apply for Vault although they have a new system and not using Vault anymore, but I had a account already. Now my Vault account is closed and can't accept any future jobs. I asked to resubmit my application or at least provide verification, this is unacceptable

    I am rejecting this response because:   I spoken with several agents and was told I can't work on the platform. I just want to work. I just need my vault account reinstated or can you please have my information transferred over to the new partners. It's not allowing me to apply for any account please see attached

    Worked for pay on yesterday. Jumped up today claiming vault application was not recent. Went and did that and still no payment. Chat has been unresponsive. I signed up for to be paid the next day. If my app was old, it was old when I sent bids out why not have me do one then allow me to work. I would have never signed up had I know I was going to get screwed over.

    I am rejecting this response because:   they waited until after I worked and it was almost pay time to tell me the needed a new vault application. I immediately did it and still have not gotten paid. I accepted the job because I needed money the very next day. You can't speak with anyone other than sending messages to a person. They're treating me as if I messed up. You do a vault application as a prerequisite when initially getting set up on the app. Why not have requested I redid the app prior to me working. You know your company is changing banks not me. So I accept a gig thinking everything is straight and now I'm stuck wit ni money but yet they got 7hrs of work out of me for nothing

    Unfortunately, your Vault application was processed yesterday after the payment job. When this happens, your pay is set to run in the next payment job which is today. You will be paid for the Op however it will be today.

    This company will suspend your account tell you its just going to be got a few days then suspend it indefinitely the ******* location will ignore you Ive talk to their manager nobody cares theyll hang up in your face and dont care that they misled you

    I signed in and signed out . now I'm suspended without payment from the whole day I worked I have witnesses and all I even talked to the manager and it's been 3 days and nobody contacted me about payment.and they said not to contact them

    Hello ******!

    We appreciate you bringing your concerns to us regarding your payment. After taking a look at the notes on your account and the communications between you and our Ops Coordinator (OC) in *******, it looks like you have already been paid for the Op on 6/24 through a makeup Op on 6/29. Originally you were disputed by the business because, as you mentioned to our OC, you signed out under the wrong name. Our OC then reached out to the business to let them know about the error and requested that you be paid for the time worked. Unfortunately, Veryable is only able to authorize payment once the business conducts and concludes their own investigation. This took 3 days to conclude, but your makeup Op was created on 6/28 and you received your payment on 6/29.

    On May 10th, l attempted to purchase a phone through BOOST MOBILE AND THE TRANSACTION FAILED. I RESUBMITTED AND IT FAIL AGAIN.. I IMMEDIATELY NOTICE IT WAS A ADDRESS ISSUE. ON MAY THE 11TH THE TRANSACTION WAS SUCCESSFUL COMPLETED, BUT THE 2 BOOST MOBILE TOTALLING $104.70 REMAINS WITH VERYABLE REFUSING TO RELEASE THEM, DESPITE NOT BEING COMPLETED AND DESPITE THEM SHOWING A ERROR DURING THE INITIAL ATTEMPTED TRANSACTION

    The Operator went to ************ to make a purchase and believed he was using the wrong ZIP code (using the delivery address ZIP instead of his billing address). In actuality, he tried his card three times for the same purchase and each attempt was captured by our banking partner meaning the third swipe resulted in a decline due to insufficient funds, not an address mismatch. This is because the first two attempts went through as pre-authorizations which held the funds (even if it was not captured on ************s side as claimed). This caused the third swipe to decline for insufficient funds. Once the charges settled, only the one charge for $52.35 from ************ was processed on 5/13, but the two other holds on their account remained from ************. The Operator was upset because he wanted us to remove these merchant-placed holds, which we are unable to do so without written consent from the merchant. After 30 days, the holds will automatically fall off if not removed by the merchant. The Operator stated that he reached out to ************ on 5/19 and they were unwilling to provide him with this evidence. Because the merchant has pre-authorizations for these funds, ************ is able to collect the money up to 30 days after the holds are placed which requires Veryable to leave the holds in place. They claimed on 5/19 @ 11:15 AM CST that ************ was not holding any funds, and when the agent responded to the inquiry on 5/19 @ 1:19 pm CST the holds were gone from his account. These funds were then released back to the Operator's available balance, so there are no settled transactions from ************ other than the one for $52.35 that went through on 5/13 for the phone purchase.

    I have a fraud charge on my card. I opened my case on the 11th of October. I was told I could not get a temporary credit on my account and to give the business 10 business days to respond before I could get any type of money back. I have called they Veryable bank many many times for updates. Everytime I called they informed me that they could not update me on anything as they are still waiting on there department to review this problem. Of course no updates were made to me but on the day before this establishment was supposed to give me my money back they then said finally there is a update and have now pushed my due date to get my money back to 45 days. There is none on to contact because they don't have a number.

    Veryable is a company that company list jobs and you make your own hours I worked sept 5 2022 from 9-5:30 and was supposed to be paid the next day and there is no way to get in touch with customer support about this issue so they got 8 hours of free labor from me

Vault is Veryable's new and improved method of payment that allows our Operators to receive next-day pay even on weekends and holidays. Your payment processed on 9/6/22 at 11:08 AM CST. To access your Vault account, log into the app, select the main menu, and click the orange Vault button at the bottom!     I ordered my veryable vault card on June 3. I'm suppose to receive it within 7 to 10 business days. It's been 12. Over half the month is over. I have not received any txt or phone calls back. I have to reply, no longer can get in the app. I can't bid, no longer can I see my money, I can't put gas in my car to go to work and phone bill due tomorrow. All I want is my money, $450.

After reviewing your support ticket history, it looks like the agent explained that the card was shipped out on 6/7/22 and the issue could have been with the address you provided. He offered to close the card so that you could reorder one, and you requested he wait until the mail came for that day. It looks like he also explained how you could use your Vault account to pay these bills if you needed instant access to your funds.     Veryable is the app where you pick your jobs and hours. I have been working for about 2 months . I have to constantly chase for my pay and veryable never answer your inquiries on problems so I'm screwed with a suspended app and missing 2 days pay . Trust me people temp service better and a personnel contact
